Lisa and Chip were fantastic! They were flexible with their menu, worked with us to get the most bang for our buck, and never once tried to oversell us on what we didn't need.

They had worked with our venue before and handled all the logistics behind the scenes, so my bride and I didn't have to worry about a thing.

Both owners were easy to get ahold of, even when they were busy with other events, and were always fun to talk to no matter how scatterbrained we were during wedding planning. I even shared a few good laughs with Chip while hammering out the final menu.

Lisa personally carved our prime rib while running a tight ship on the day of! It's beyond difficult to execute any meal at such a high level, but Lisa and Chip pulled it off for all 125 of our guests effortlessly. We received endless compliments on the high quality of the food, and level of attention provided by the wait staff.

The bottom line is that The Whately Inn has been a staple in Western Mass for a long time because they do it right! We'd definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for an event caterer in the Pioneer Valley.

This place was amazing. The food was great and the price was so perfect. Everything was made to order and they even made a dish for me that was not on the menu. We paid 18$ a plate for food that was of the highest quality. The atmosphere was perfect. We had 110 guests and it was a great size, not too big and not too crowded. I HIGHLY recommend this place it was beautiful and the staff was great to work with. VERY helpful

The food was fantastic! The wait staff was fantastic! The communication and quality of service was lacking.

We hired The Whately Inn to cater our wedding. The food was very good, but we ran out of one of the entrees before every table was called to the buffet. They also would not agree to sign a contract until we told them we were going to go with a different caterer. The pricing was great for the quality of food, but it didn't feel very professional throughout the process.
