About

The WaitStaff Team, Inc is a team of service staff here to help make your dream wedding a reality! We have all levels of food and beverage service staff from bartenders, leads, buffet & floor staff, to set up & tear down.

Looking for a food cart or restaurant drop off?

We can come and help out with any service level you are looking for. Have the food cart come and serve the food from the cart, and we can come in and help with any set up including tables/chairs, table settings, centerpieces and more. We will then buss, crate the rentals and organize them for the rental company to come pick up at the end.

Having a restaurant dropping off? We can receive the food at the venue, transfer food into nicer serviceware, and set up a buffet or even do a full multi-course plated dinner. Whichever level of service you are looking for, we can make it happen.

Wondering what rentals you would need to include for your buffet or bar? We have in house rentals to fully set up a buffet or bar and can help you out with any and all of your rentals through third party rental companies.

June 2025.

Our June wedding happened to be a rainy day in the Gorge. The Waitstaff worked flawlessly with our coordinator to quickly pivot and set up a new ceremony location to meet our needs despite the weather. The Waitstaff was highly professional, on time, and executed the tasks seamlessly. Our coordinator stated "they showed up with great attitudes, asked for expectations, and jumped into action to support at all times." We HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone who has a wedding venue like ours that is not all-inclusive and needs onsite support staff.

We hired the The Waitstaff Team to bartend at our wedding and they were fantastic! Daniel was so attentive and organized, and worked with me and my budget. He had so much helpful advice for us and even came in early to set up the bar so it would be ready when the guests arrived. Melissa, our bartender for the night, was sweet and wonderful, our guests loved her!! I would recommend The Waitstaff Team to anyone throwing any kind of event!!!

Hiring The Waitstaff Team to provide support for my son's wedding this past weekend, was one of the best decisions we made. They were incredible. The venue was out in the country, and somewhat challenging to coordinate. Daniel and his staff are professionals and are very experienced with all kinds of large events. His advice and guidance was priceless. He was always friendly and reassuring and gave me confidence that we could pull this off. It turned out to be a spectacular day and everything was how we envisioned. The staff that came, Shawn, Andrea, and Cassiopeia, were excellent. They were timely, personable, professional and needed very little direction. Everyone at the wedding enjoyed their company so much. I would not hesitate to recommend this group to anyone who needs some support for any type of event. Our wedding would not have been the same without them.

Daniel and the Waitstaff were amazing! From the moment we reached out to Daniel, he was in touch with us constantly and was even willing to reach out to our other vendors to make sure everything went smoothly on our special day. My husband and I were clueless as to what we needed, and Daniel made sure to guide us all throughout. The prices were extremely reasonable. The servers were all friendly, professional, and on top of everything that needed to get done. I can't say enough about how great the Waitstaff Team was to us. I would recommend them to any person putting together an event! It is truly amazing having the flexibility of serving your own food at your wedding, and having such professional staff like the Waitstaff team available to serve during the event. This is flexibility that you cannot find with other catering companies. Not only that, but the servers were flexible to our needs, and again, just AMAZING. So thankful to the Waitstaff Team!

Seriously, I grade tough and never give the top score because there is always room for improvement. I did not have any questionable moments working with Daniel or the bar tenders the night of our event. Superb. They earned a 5. One bartender stayed later than contracted to help out the other and did not want extra pay. She got it anyway. No tips expected or necessary. I love this, but they got tipped from me anyway. Daniel even allowed me to pick up 2 large coolers early to get them filled with ice. Daniel also worked within our budget to cut costs and allowed us to provide items ourselves instead of renting them. He visited the site and got the documents I needed to submit to OLCC. Again, superb group to work with. Hire them.

Dan and The Waitstaff Team are awesome. We had them handle the food and beverage service for our wedding reception and could not be happier. As a life long employee in the food and beverage and service industry I would like to commend the professionalism, flexibility and exceptional service provided bye The Waitstaff Team. Like many events of this size and nature; 175 people, changing plans and timelines, unexpected weather changes, ect. There was lots going on. Dan and his staff handled everything very smoothly and kept everything flowing. I was amasized bye the amount of guest that commented to me how impressed they were with the service at our wedding. I would recommend The Waitstaff team for any event!

Dan and the Waitstaff Team are great. We hired them for our wedding reception and cocktail hour. They had prompt communication, were very punctual, and flexible when it came to what staff we needed.
Dan was able to always find staffing and change our contract depending on our needs. At one point, we required less staff and the team was very understanding and was able to accommodate.
Day of, the bartenders and servers were great, extremely sociable and were a big reason why guests had a great time.
Great value, would definitely do business again!

The Waitstaff Team was a terrific addition to our daughter's wedding experience. The entire team, Danial, Shawn, and Jennifer were professional and courteous throughout a busy, wonderful evening. Daniel was flexible and willing to bend over backwards to help make this as stress-free for us as possible. I highly recommend using the Waitstaff Team for any event in which you need friendly, professional service.

It was surprisingly hard to find bartenders for my wedding but luckily my day of coordinator recommended Daniel and The Wait Staff Team. They came in and professionally took over the logistics for the wine and beer and I just didn't even need to worry about it.

Made the day run smoothly

We rented food trucks for our reception and hired Waitstaff to help bus tables, serve appetizers, and manage our ice cream sundae bar. They took away all our worries about doing a non-traditional set up by making sure that our guests were always well taken care of. David was very easy to make arrangements with. I'd happily recommend them for your wedding.
