The Villagio is the best hidden treasure in the west Houston area. The architecture and location of the venue is perfect for your dream wedding. The owner Trish is phenomenal to guarantee that your ideas and dream come to life. The services was top notch ( amazing food , stellar decor, food and bar services was outstanding). I was able to wow my guest on a budget! Thank you Trish for being professional and so compassionate!

It was a pleasure working with Trish. She was very professional. Everything from the time we met her was great. She made us feel at ease through the whole process. I had no worries throughout the entire process. The place was simply beautiful.

The venue is beautiful and well kept. There is plenty of parking for all guests on property. The venue owner, Trish goes beyond to over deliver on her services provided in the All Inclusive Wedding packages. Trish was very flexible and quickly responsive to our wishes and questions.

I can’t say enough about Mrs. Trish and Mrs. Jennifer. Not only was the whole process of wedding planning go smoothly but I didn’t have to worry much about decor, photography, Day of coordinator or about 75% of the wedding because the Villagio team handled everything. We got the ultimate 2 package. Yes it may sound a little pricey but every penny that went to the wedding reception was amazing and truly didn’t give us a headache like some couples have on their wedding day. They handle everything for you and they are honestly so flexible and truly want you to have an amazing day on your wedding day. Thank you again Mrs. Trish. I highly, highly recommend them if you’re trying to have a wedding!

When we found The Villagio, saw the venue and spoke with Trinh we knew we had found the spot!!! Every other venue only provided the venue and then had 3rd parties you had to deal with for all other aspects of the wedding planning.

The Villagio not only is a beautiful venue but also a one stop shop, they handle everything you need to make your wedding a success! Trinh told us she would take care of us and she did so perfectly.

Engagement photos, catering, wedding flowers, wedding pictures, you name it and they handle it all at a very reasonable price. Wedding planning is chaotic and having only one point of contact for all aspects made things so much easier on us. Trinh even helps you make sure you are on track to have everything completed!

Such an amazing experience from beginning to end! From having to change my wedding date 2 times due to COVID, Trish made this an easy and stress free process! This venue is truly a hidden gem! An all inclusive venue?! You can’t beat that! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! 10/10 recommend!

We chose the Villagio after visiting several venues that required us to bring in our own vendors. The Villagio offered the option of doing everything for us - catering, decor, flowers, ceremony, reception. This is totally my vibe! We wanted a beautiful wedding with no stress. I can't tell you how much the Villagio over delivered and remained budget friendly. We were very pleased with everything. The vendors were all professional and kind. The food was delicious. Not only was it an amazing wedding for us, but our guests are still raving over how nice the venue is. I would highly recommend The Villagio.

The Villagio is the perfect venue for a wedding especially during the pandemic. The Villagio hosted our wedding on 1-2-21 and assisted us in planning our dream wedding in less than 90 days!

Pandemic Concerns:
1. The venue was set up to ensure that our guest could practice social distancing. We were married in the smaller ballroom where chairs were placed apart to comply with Covid recommendations and our reception was help in the larger ballroom. Per the recommendation of the owner, we were able to seat families and friends together who traveled from different cities. For example, people from Houston set with people from Houston.
2. Per the owners suggestion, we set up hand sanitizer stations by purchasing large bottles of hand sanitizer and provided all of our guests individual hand sanitizer bottles to minimize risks of Covid transmission during the wedding and reception.
3. Masks were required per CDC guidelines.

VENDORS:
If you are looking for an excellent one stop experience, the Villagio is the place to have your event! The florist, caterer, cake maker, photographer, bartender (He was excellent! - LOL) and service staff are included in the package and the owner coordinates food and cake testing. We chose to pay for table service upgrade that allowed our guest to be served at the table where they were seated. It is worth the price of the upgrade!
The food was delicious and the portion was more than sufficient!
The cake was delicious and moist! I also was able to purchase a Harley-Davidson Groom Cake that was moist and delicious.
The bartender poured great drinks. No one in our party complained about the drinks!
The flowers were fresh and filled our home after the wedding. We purchased additional flowers because my wife loves flowers and the fragrance is sweet throughout our home. The flower upgrade was worth the money!

The owner and staff accommodated our requests and the owner is very responsive throughout the process.
Bride and groom rooms are large and very comfortable. The groom room has a large TV if you want to relax while getting ready for your wedding.

Why we chose the Villagio?
Prior to meeting with owner of the Villagio, we called venues, caterers, photographers, etc. and became overwhelmed by the process. Prices were all over the place and we had no way to ensure that a higher price meant superior service. Once we met with the owner and toured the property, all of my anxiety went away. I knew the venue was more than large enough for our wedding, people who are anxious about the pandemic had plenty of room to feel comfortable (we received that feedback from our guest) and we no longer had to coordinate all of the vendors or worry about something being missed. The owner kept us abreast of everything to ensure that we only had to focus on each other.

We plan to use the venue for parties in the future.
