The Villagio is the best hidden treasure in the west Houston area. The architecture and location of the venue is perfect for your dream wedding. The owner Trish is phenomenal to guarantee that your ideas and dream come to life. The services was top notch ( amazing food , stellar decor, food and bar services was outstanding). Professional and amazing!
I can’t say enough about Mrs. Trish and Mrs. Jennifer. Not only was the whole process of wedding planning go smoothly but I didn’t have to worry much about decor, photography, Day of coordinator or about 75% of the wedding because the Villagio team handled everything. We got the ultimate 2 package. Yes it may sound a little pricey but every penny that went to the wedding reception was amazing and truly didn’t give us a headache like some couples have on their wedding day. They handle everything for you and they are honestly so flexible and truly want you to have an amazing day on your wedding day. Thank you again Mrs. Trish. I highly, highly recommend them if you’re trying to have a wedding!

All In One Vendor Who Makes Planning A Breeze
When we found The Villagio, saw the venue and spoke with Trinh we knew we had found the spot!!! Every other venue only provided the venue and then had 3rd parties you had to deal with for all other aspects of the wedding planning.
The Villagio not only is a beautiful venue but also a one stop shop, they handle everything you need to make your wedding a success! Trinh told us she would take care of us and she did so perfectly.
Engagement photos, catering, wedding flowers, wedding pictures, you name it and they handle it all at a very reasonable price. Wedding planning is chaotic and having only one point of contact for all aspects made things so much easier on us. Trinh even helps you make sure you are on track to have everything completed!

The Villagio is Perfect!
We chose the Villagio after visiting several venues that required us to bring in our own vendors. The Villagio offered the option of doing everything for us - catering, decor, flowers, ceremony, reception. This is totally my vibe! We wanted a beautiful wedding with no stress. I can't tell you how much the Villagio over delivered and remained budget friendly. We were very pleased with everything. The vendors were all professional and kind. The food was delicious. Not only was it an amazing wedding for us, but our guests are still raving over how nice the venue is. I would highly recommend The Villagio.

Dream wedding planned within 90 days during pandemic!
The Villagio is the perfect venue for a wedding especially during the pandemic. The Villagio hosted our wedding on 1-2-21 and assisted us in planning our dream wedding in less than 90 days!
Pandemic Concerns:
1. The venue was set up to ensure that our guest could practice social distancing. We were married in the smaller ballroom where chairs were placed apart to comply with Covid recommendations and our reception was help in the larger ballroom. Per the recommendation of the owner, we were able to seat families and friends together who traveled from different cities. For example, people from Houston set with people from Houston.
2. Per the owners suggestion, we set up hand sanitizer stations by purchasing large bottles of hand sanitizer and provided all of our guests individual hand sanitizer bottles to minimize risks of Covid transmission during the wedding and reception.
3. Masks were required per CDC guidelines.
VENDORS:
If you are looking for an excellent one stop experience, the Villagio is the place to have your event! The florist, caterer, cake maker, photographer, bartender (He was excellent! - LOL) and service staff are included in the package and the owner coordinates food and cake testing. We chose to pay for table service upgrade that allowed our guest to be served at the table where they were seated. It is worth the price of the upgrade!
The food was delicious and the portion was more than sufficient!
The cake was delicious and moist! I also was able to purchase a Harley-Davidson Groom Cake that was moist and delicious.
The bartender poured great drinks. No one in our party complained about the drinks!
The flowers were fresh and filled our home after the wedding. We purchased additional flowers because my wife loves flowers and the fragrance is sweet throughout our home. The flower upgrade was worth the money!

The owner and staff accommodated our requests and the owner is very responsive throughout the process.
Bride and groom rooms are large and very comfortable. The groom room has a large TV if you want to relax while getting ready for your wedding.
Why we chose the Villagio?
Prior to meeting with owner of the Villagio, we called venues, caterers, photographers, etc. and became overwhelmed by the process. Prices were all over the place and we had no way to ensure that a higher price meant superior service. Once we met with the owner and toured the property, all of my anxiety went away. I knew the venue was more than large enough for our wedding, people who are anxious about the pandemic had plenty of room to feel comfortable (we received that feedback from our guest) and we no longer had to coordinate all of the vendors or worry about something being missed. The owner kept us abreast of everything to ensure that we only had to focus on each other.
We plan to use the venue for parties in the future.

If you're looking for a BEAUTIFUL venue to have your wedding, The Villagio is the place! Trish was very flexible when our wedding had to be postponed due to COVID. Caterers, the cake, the team were all so professional, efficient, easy to reach, and listened to what my Husband and I wanted for our day! Trish is straight-forward, and we LOVE that about her. The day of our wedding, she surprised with beautiful centerpieces for our tables. We were in awe at how beautiful it turned out. This venue also has a beautiful outdoor area where we held our ceremony, it was breathtaking. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND having your wedding here if you want a no-nonsense coordinator and beautiful space. Me and my husband got married on the 20th of September 2019, our ceremony and reception was very beautiful . Ms. Trish and Ms. Jennifer helped us a lot in making things less stressful, they stuck to detail making sure we got exactly what wanted and more. Wedding Day Bliss
Me and my now husband had a horrible experience of our venue filing bankruptcy and closing a month and half before our wedding day. Our wedding coordinator connected us to Trish with The Villagio, and we were able to book with her to have our same wedding date as we initially planned with the previous venue. Trish worked with us and made all accommodations to ensure we were still able to have the desires we wanted despite the nightmare of what had happened. She was highly professional and offers a beautiful venue with unique perks and amenities. We enjoyed our day, and our guests have been raving about how gorgeous the venue was. Everything I needed on my wedding day!
The Villagio was a no brainer for our wedding day! This was the best value for a pretty much ‘all inclusive’ wedding. Miss Trish provided the ceremony decor, all the flowers (fresh) for the bridal party, couple and parents. The cake is provided along with the caterer. We only had to provide our own dj/sound equipment and photobooth. The photographer came with our package.
Everyone loved our food selections, everything tasted just like at our tasting. For a small fee the venue provided all the mixers/juice for the bar and the bartender. We were able to bring our own liquor. Pretty much show & tell Miss Trish the vision for your big day and she’ll make it happen.
Big plus was the dressing rooms upstairs and the grand staircase. Overall great experience from top to bottom.

Thai did all of our photography for the engagement photos and at the wedding, they are absolutely gorgeous! Hidden Gem of Houston
My (now) husband and I realized upon the hidden gem that is The Villagio when we did a Google search of wedding venues in our area. Surprisingly, this hall has been sitting right behind our home parish this entire time! Needless to say that the location was what drew us to investigate this place further, as it was only 5 minutes away from the church where we were to be married. Great news, not just for us, but for our guests, who we also had in mind when choosing a venue. Also great for guests are the many parking spaces available and privacy of the area--in other words, minimum to no traffic and vehicles are safely guarded by the HPD.
Aside from location, we wanted a place that could seat 300 people without compromising the space. Apparently, this hall can accommodate up to 500 guests, meaning that ALL our guests not only dined comfortably, but danced with room to spare. Line dancing was definitely more than doable that night!
Aesthetically speaking, the hall itself is gorgeous. On the outside, one could liken the structure to a sort-of spanish villa, then you step inside and it feels so much bigger than it looked--a lovely and spacious canvas for any bride with a vision. OR if you're looking for an event planner (different from wedding coordinator, just to be clear), look no further than The Villagio's owner, Trish Nguyen, whose TnT Events company provides--literally--a "one-stop-shop" for catering, decor, and so much more. By the way, as someone who worked 2 jobs with only less than 8 months of wedding planning to do, Trish's services was a life-saver AND time-saver. Time is so valuable and Trish will respect yours.
Other things to note about the venue is that it does have a second floor for the bride and groom, a grand piano in the foyer, and a lovely courtyard where the happy couple and their guests can take pictures.
Overall, this place is beautiful, affordable, and easily accessible for guests; the owner is talented, professional, and can provide a range of comprehensive services; and best of all, you always feel priority and the end product is more than you could have imagined.

The Villagio was overall great. We stumbled upon it looking online for venues and we got lucky. They provided us with everything we needed, and even allowed us to bring in our own liquor which saved us money. The owner Trish was very sweet and helpful. I am so glad I chose this venue. This was the first venue I saw and I wanted to book it. Everyone suggested I look around before choosing the first venue I saw. As I looked at more venues the more convinced I was that The Villagio was my first choice. The decorations were beautiful. Everyone loved the food. The servers were fantastic and the bar crew was even better. Everyone told me they couldn't believe how fast and great the bartenders were. From the moment I walked in the venue, I knew this is the venue I have to book. The venue is tuck away from busy street with great parking and nice staircase. It is very ideal for photos. Trish, the owner and decorator, was also very flexible and accommodating. As an indecisive bride, I changed my food choices 3 weeks away from the wedding. I also changed my flowers choices 3 days before my wedding. Trish somehow pulled it off and gave me my fairytale wedding. My guests kept complimented how beautiful my wedding was and how delicious the food were.

From the day I walked in I received excellent customer service and my wedding stress was alleviated because of Trish's expertise in wedding planning and decorating. We celebrated my daughter's quinceañera at The Villagio recently and it was exactly what we envisioned. Trish exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter's fairy tale quinceañera was a complete success. Working with her throughout the planning process was easy. She answered questions or concerns in a timely manner and reached out periodically for appointment reminders.
Our guests complimented everything, the venue, the decor, the food, the cake and the waitstaff. Thank you Trish and Villagio staff for a beautiful and magical evening!!

This venue was seriously perfection. We were recently married a couple of weeks ago and had our reception at this venue. Trish, the owner, was such a pleasure to talk to every time that we communicated. Not only does she provide a variety of packages that offer cake and food (which are both amazingly delicious) but she also gives you the option of having her design the centerpieces, and going all out on your decor. She will truly make your vision become a reality. Every step of the way was easy and Trish was so helpful at not only making sure it was everything I wanted but also accommodating of my last minute changes and reassuring that our night would be everything we wanted. It was that and more. Not a single person had anything to complain about, it all went off without a hitch! If would suggest this venue to anyone that would want a beautiful and easy experience when it comes to planning your wedding. It was perfect. Thank you for being a part of such a special event in our lives, we are forever thankful!

The venue is very spacious and their packages have what you need to help make your wedding planning less stressful. Trish is very accommodating to your needs and is easy to reach and communicate with. Our wedding was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. All of our family and friends loved the venue, food, decor, etc. If we had to do it again, we would definitely still choose The Villagio.

The Villagio truly was like a one stop shop when it came to planning out wedding. Through this venue we had the pleasure to work with some amazing vendors and people who really went above and beyond to make our day extra special. Trish (the owner) was nothing but amazing in helping organize and bring to life the ideas I had. My guests were speechless as they entered the reception and saw how beautiful everything turned out. My now husband and I couldn't believe how amazing everything turned out. I'm so happy we decided to go with this venue because they made my day one to remember!

Choosing the Villagio was by far the most rewarding decision we made during our wedding planning experience. Trish Nguyen was very flexible and a joy to do business with. The venue is a STEAL for the price we paid and the reception was definitely a night to REMEMBER! Our whole experience was great! From meeting with Trish, and all vendors provided. The venue is beautiful! Everything turned out amazing! Trish was very easy to work with and provided great feedback on wedding setup. She did an amazing job with the flowers! Food and cake was amazing! As soon as I walked in the venue I had no doubt it would be the one! I was married there 11/21/15! Trish was amazing and very helpful. Her vision for what I wanted was to the T!! Everyone was saying how beautiful and elegant everything was. They catered the event, everyone loved the food including myself. I still look through pictures and it's still breath taking to me! 10 year anniversary I will be back! I've recommend this place to friends and sure enough they have booked!

I had my ceremony and reception at The Village on Sunday, November 15, 2015 and it was everything I could have dreamed of! This venue is all inclusive with a variety of packages to fit your budget. My husband and I selected the Ultimate Package and chose to use all of the vendors that were included in it except for the photographer. The food was AMAZING! My guests are still raving about how delicious everything was. My cake was a custom design and consisted of 3 flavors. My guests also loved the cake...its been a point of discussion since the wedding also! You also have the option of bringing in your own alcohol, which I chose to do. Trish (the venue owner) supplies unlimited soft drinks, mixers, and bartenders to serve your guests. The venue itself is spacious, clean, and simply elegant. The owner, Trish, is extremely helpful! She is very prompt at responding to all of your questions and concerns, and always made herself available when I needed to meet with her. She's also very understanding! My husband and I ran into some financial hardships a month before our wedding. She was patient with us, and for that we are truly grateful. She made our planning and preparation so simple. She even surprised me with a beautiful addition to my reception decor! She's a pro! If you book The Villagio you will be in great hands! Trish...thank you so much! I'll never forget my wedding day!

We had our wedding here and were blown away by the overall experience. The venue itself was exactly what we were looking for in terms of food, atmosphere, scenery and overall experience. We decided on the Villagio & couldn't be happier! Trish, owner & overall planner, is prompt, thorough, charismatic and easy to work with. She focuses on details & even added a mini fridge to the groom’s room per my groom's request! The photographer captured my best moments to retell my wedding story. He was patient with requests and even shot fish-eye zooms & sport modes for action shots. My album that came with my package is of high-quality & resolution-the cover is thick & pages are not flimsy/bendable. The venue is tucked away at the end of a street, with private parking & far from the street. There are inside/outside room options, but the trademark is a beautiful spiral staircase for a grand bridal entrance! The package I chose included food/cake/linens/floral/photobooth/lighting/photography which allows the most bang for my buck & reduces extra stress/work! I paid extra for details such as drapery & videography - it was def worth it. The caterers allowed us to test the food & welcomed suggestions for day-of changes regarding spices/flavors.They accommodated our vegetarian guests & plated those meals with as much love as the others. Most wedding food tends to be dry,cold or flavorless - OURS WAS NOT! For alcohol, we were able to bring in our own brewed beer & choice liquors for a more personalized service. We saved $$ & drank what we wanted! Our cake designer made a custom 5-tier wedding cake, which included embellishments from my wedding dress and designs of my ring. It had 5 flavors and was delicious & stunning. For the grooms cake, he was able to build a amazing replica of our brewery! I would HIGHLY recommend this venue & would suggest taking advantage of a package option. You won’t have to worry about the cost & quality of food/flowers/photography/linens/staff, etc.The hours you spend locating these vendors can be spent on other things. They’ve got this system down so let Trish&her team take care of it all and just TRULY ENJOY your BIG day!!

I recently had my husband's 50th birthday party at The Villagio. Everything was perfect from the food, cake and photography to the flowers and wait staff. Trish and her team were very attentive and ensured that my family and our guest were well taken care of. Although we didn't use her venue she treated us like we were her top priority.
She was in charge of the centerpieces for ceremony and reception, cake, photography, and videography. Trish had a phrase she would always use, "Show me the picture and I'll make it happen." What I'm sure every bride wants to hear. That is exactly what she did. My husband and I hired her about 7 or so months before the wedding. So for 7 months she provided unlimited amount of face to face, email, and text communication. Even the day before the wedding we came to her with a picture of these huge King and Queen leather chairs. Right away she called another vendor that rented the chairs. She made no profit from that my friends, she just wanted us to have exactly what we wanted. The cake... was delicious! Our wedding venue was in charge of saving the top of our cake ...but after we came back from the honeymoon we found out they saved us the bottom of our wedding topper (that was decorated to match the top cake). So I texted Trish and not 5 minutes later she offered to give us a free replica of our top cake for our anniversary. So see, even once the check is made... she still cares to make us happy!

My sister's wedding this past weekend at the villagio was phenominal! Trish has been nothing but professional from day one when we decided on The Villagio as the reception venue. The decoration was beyond my imagination and as one of our guest rightly summed it up, it was a "wonderland." The added surprise from Trish and our wedding planner Lee of LeeLand Designs brought everything together beautifully. The waitstaff was amazing. We have received calls from some of our guest complimenting us on the service of the waitstaff! The engagement pictures and my niece's graduation pictures are a work of art. We can not wait for the rest of Thai's pictures because the quality of his work is extraordinary. Thank you Thai and Trish for this wonderful experience! Don't know which of us sisters is getting married next but we all know where the reception is going to be!!!!

First and foremost, I did not use The Villagio for our wedding ceremony/reception; but I wanted to review the place because I wanted everyone to know how amazing Trish is. I am a bride who was in a rough place a week ago (8/19); our venue that we booked for 9 months in advanced decided to (excuse my French) screw us over. This other place told my fiancé & I, that our contract could not be fulfilled due to some situation which inhibits them from fulfilling their end of the contract (3 months before our wedding.) I ran into Trish of The Villagio looking for a new venue. She was a ball of energy and was very concerned for my Fiancé & I. I was obviously hysterical, but Trish was good about letting me know that everything will be ok. That meant the world to me because she genuinely cared. She was there for me and my fiancé and reassured us that, even if we don't use her venue, to call her if we need help. It was refreshing because she treated us like friends. I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel; and Trish wholeheartedly made me feel like she truly cared and that we were not alone. Thank you so much for that. Anyway, if you are looking for a beautiful place to have you wedding ceremony/reception, I would definitely consider The Villagio, they will take care of you. It's pretty much a one stop shop. They do beautiful work with photography, decor (up-lighting/draping etc) and florals as well. To be honest, the place outside the Villagio, isn't too extravagant, however, once you are inside the venue, it’s a beautiful place. The only reason why we opted not to go with The Villagio, was because of the scheduling… they were booked for our date (which wasn’t a surprise because it was only 3 months away on a Saturday :( ). You want to work with honest people in the industry and Trish is definitely that, and on top of that she’s professional, and experienced. Best of luck Villagio!

I'm a small event planner and have researched venues all over the surrounding Houston area. Budget wise its a very comfortable price. Overall OMG! Trisha and her staff handle my son's wedding and they did an OUTSTANDING job!
As a wedding venue we couldn't fault anything. The venue played a huge part in the success of the "Best Day Ever".
There was not one thing we didn't like about the service. Our overall experience, we were blown away.

I remember feeling pretty stressed out about my wedding reception and Trish did a phenomenal job of taking care of things so I could just be present and enjoy my wedding. She was calm, accomodating, and most importantly, she made me feel that what I wanted mattered to her. She didn't hesitate with adding some last minute things I had requested. The decor and ambiance was enchanting, lush, and beautiful. She honored my vision. It was what I had imagined and I received so many compliments about the whole "look" and about the venue itself. The food was fantastic and while I barely got to eat (ladies, make time to eat your food or get it packed!) I was constantly being told how delicious it was! This couldn't have made me happier. Her husband is also an extraordinarily talented and thoughtful photographer. They make an amazing team together and if I could do it all again, I would still have my wedding at the Villagio!

We learned about The Villagio through a family friend, who hosted her daughter’s wedding reception there about 10 years ago. The family friend attended a wedding there in more recent years; and still raved about the venue and owner. Based on her referral, we toured the venue. For starters, we didn’t know a wedding venue existed where it’s located; one might consider it a hidden gem! The property is a stand alone building with plenty of parking, great for those looking for a venue where your event is the only event for the day. Inside of the venue was very clean, including the restrooms. The venue offers the option of inside or outside ceremony areas and a ballroom reception space. The Bride and Groom Suites are located upstairs and is adequate space for small wedding parties (we had 10 wedding party members in total). We were looking for a venue to host both our ceremony and reception, this venue checked the box on that one. The Villagio offers a variety packages to choose from based on your specific needs and wants. We selected a package that was “all-inclusive” - food (appetizers and main course), non-alcoholic beverages, chargers, stemware/flatware, napkins, cake cutting service, cake, wait staff, engagement and wedding day photography with and 8x10 photo book, 11x14 and 16x20 prints and digitals of all photos, up lighting and custom dance floor monogram for reception, 1 hour ceremony rehearsal time, and all fresh florals for ceremony and reception decor and wedding party members. We selected add ons - bar service/champagne toast (which adds HPD officer charge), draped walls for the reception, and a guest sign-in book of our engagement photos. After our choices were made, the venue owner Trish took it from there. Just tell her what you want and trust her to execute. I was a very open bride, I didn’t have very many requirements - I just wanted everything to be nice and elegant. Yet, at the same time I wanted to know all the details (I think because I’m a visual person and wanted to know what everything was going to look like). With the reassurance of our family friend, my mother, and day of coordinator, I just had to step back and trust the process; trusting that Trish knows what she’s doing…she’s been in the business for years. Once you share your colors with her, she will provide examples of florals and decor. Trish also coordinated the cake and food tasting with the venues preferred vendors. Our experience with the vendors was exceptional; all were very professional and we had a great tasting experience. The photographer (Thai) provided great service as well. We were able to select the day and location of our engagement shoot and received the pictures back in a timely manner. We were amazed at the amount of photos to choose from; he took so many pictures, a variety of poses and 2 outfits - which is a good thing!
On wedding day, the wedding party arrived to a clean venue. Once I walked down the aisle, I saw the beautiful decor and I could say the same for the reception area. Our guests had a great experience as well; with clean restrooms, professional wait staff, and tasty food and drinks. We are still receiving compliments from our guests on our wedding! The day was simply gorgeous! We even received our wedding day photos back (about a week and a half after our wedding date). OMG the amount of photos taken has blown us away! We have photos from the beginning to the end (getting ready to the exist). Thai did not miss a moment - he was on it!
Overall, we would highly recommend The Villagio and the preferred vendors! We had a great experience. Our wedding day will truly be one to remember!

The best all inclusive venue I recommend! Only 2 things were not up to part....AC was not on upstairs in bridal suites brought a fan up and then finally cut the air on and ceremony space did not add more chairs that was recently discussed at rehearsal with coordinator

Ms Trish was so understanding, and flexible. The venue was beautiful, it was everything we expected and more. Our guests liked it too. I would highly recommend The Villagio!!!!!

Amazing time
My wedding was March 23 2019 and people are still talking about how beautiful things were . Trish was amazing, she always assured me that things were handled and she delivered my vision as promised . It took my breath away a when I first saw our reception decorations . I would highly recommend trish and the villiagio to any bride!

My now husband and I would truly recommend The Villagio. The staff and owners are Lesbian/Gay friendly. We had no problems with staff and owners. All were friendly, patient, and extremely kind. We would do it again at The Villagio in a heartbeat. Thank you Trish and to all her staft.

We decided on the Villagio & couldn't be happier! The venue is clean, spacious, and simply elegant. We had our ceremony and reception here. Trish, owner & overall planner, is prompt, thorough, charismatic and easy to work with. The venue is tucked away at the end of a street, with private parking & far from the street. There are inside/outside room options, but the trademark is a beautiful spiral staircase for a grand bridal entrance! The package we chose was the Ultimate II. This package comes with everything except the DJ and videographer so we didn’t have to worry about hiring various vendors for each part of our wedding. Trish already has a strong vendor selection. Our package came with food, cake, linens, floral arrangements, photo booth, lighting, photography, 2 HPD officers, and a wedding coordinator. We paid extra for drapery and it was beautiful. The caterers allowed us to test the food in a prior meeting so we can give them very specific details. Our wedding food was amazing. We had baked chicken Marsala, catfish New Orleans, garlic mashed potatoes with asparagus. For alcohol, we were able to bring in our own choice liquors for a more personalized service. We saved money. A lot of venues charge an arm and a leg for their alcoholic beverage package and Trish did not. She allows you to buy your own and does not make a single penny from the bar. She even supplied sprite, coke, ice and two bartenders for us. Our wedding cake was 4 tiers with three different flavors and it was delicious. The Villagio is truly a one stop shop when it comes to planning a nice wedding. Our guests were speechless as they entered the reception and saw how beautiful everything turned out. We are so happy we decided to go with this venue because they made our special day one to remember. Thanks again Trish.

We had our wedding at the Villagio on Sunday March 6th, 2016. Everything was just the way I wanted it and more. The service was top notch and Trish was amazing from start to finish. She worked with us and was very accommodating. The food was excellent and it left my guests saying how good it was weeks later. I could not have asked for a better experience, a better venue, a better cake, or better food. Everything was done exceptionally well and I would highly recommend this venue and services to any bride. Very, very pleased!!

I thought my weddding was absolutely AMAZING to say the least! Trish & her husband Ty make an awesome team, and they worked together to make my wedding day beyond anything I could have imagined. I've seen Trish's work, so I totally trusted her for my day! I'm all about details & I had no worries because we disussed every detail. The venue alone is beautiful, and it dosen't need much for any occasion, but my decor was breathtaking! Ty did a fabulous job with the photography, in caputering every special moment. Trish was always available to text or chat whenever necessary. My husband and I had an unforseen financial setback, but we communicated that to, Trish and she worked with us to make sure everything went on as planned. If you don't mind spending you money on exceptional quality, i suggest you see Trish to for your wedding, you will not be disappointed!

The Villagio management was very helpful in guiding us through the process of coordinating our wedding and brought up suggestions as well as pictures of previous weddings for us to visualize how the venue can look like.
They were also flexible in regards to payment terms because they understood the various commitments and stress, financial and oherwise, that planning weddings entail which was a huge relief.

The Nguyens extended exceptional customer service from start to finish in the planning of our wedding reception! Ms. Trish was always accessible and flexible for meetings. I consider The Villagio a "one-stop shop" as they are able to connect with you premium vendors and create a package deal that's reasonable and cost effective. Through the venue, we booked a caterer and phenomenal pastry chef. Mr. Nguyen provided the photography, which was a bonus! I'd highly recommend The Villagio for all special occasions!

I recently had my wedding reception here. The reception room was more beautiful than I had ever excepted. I was totally pleased. The venue is so beautiful! I would recommend this venue to any bride, who is looking to have a beautiful wedding at reasonable price. There are all type of packages that will fit anyone price budget.

We had our wedding at The Villagio January 19, 2019. My husband and I booked our day almost two years prior, which was great because many venues don’t book that far in advance. The first time we went to the venue, as soon as we arrived my husband gave me a smirk, and we both knew instantly that was OUR venue. Trish was very attentive and always answered any questions we had. We were looking for a venue, that would provide full service, where we didn't have to do absolutely nothing on the day of my wedding, but show up enjoy our union. We found exactly what we wanted at The Villagio. Trish provides almost everything you need for your wedding, flowers, table cloths, fine china, cake, food, photographer etc. which not overwhelming since you didn't have to keep up with so different many vendors. The two year engagement was worth it, our wedding day exceeded our expectations! Everything was just perfect, and all of the 169 guests complimented the venue and what a great time they had.

The guests were all pleased and my husband and I received great feedback on how beautiful everything was. The Villagio was a lovely venue for my daughter's wedding. Trish was awesome. She handled all of our needs professionally. We used her for the flower design and wow!!! Trish listened to our ideas & made all of our wishes come true. She did an absolutely gorgeous job! I am still getting notes in the mail raving about the venue & the flowers. All I can say is if my other daughter gets married in Houston, I will be calling Trish to book the Villagio again. #Beautifulmemoriesforever

When it was all said and done; my new hubby and I were happy. Trish - the owner- did a good job. She's a tough business woman, and ultimately fair (price wise). She and her husband - Thai- offer an inclusive package of mostly what you need. This entails engagement & bridal portrait photography, portrait book, catering, florals, lighting, centerpieces, table setting & linens, and bride's cake only.
Our only brush of conflict was the costs of certain elements adding up with the details, meaning basic centerpieces vs. upgraded centerpieces or basic fruit/cheese tray vs. wanting to have chicken skewers (which was an upgrade). Although, who really knows that stuff from jumpstart?!?! My then fiancee and I were not exactly knowledgable and hip to the 'wedding game scheme' in the beginning-I should add. So there were some surprises and unknowingly situations between our planner and venue. If you have a wedding planner, make absolute sure that they are thoroughly involved with communication for this place. Sometimes the owner would get caught up with being a 'planner' and not keeping in touch with my planner. The owner is more of a venue owner and wedding designer i.e. table setting, lighting, flowers, and centerpieces. However, a planner makes sure you're getting what you need and want for your budget. One last thing, that really burned me....I'm not sure who's fault this would be but..... after we took portraits, no one told me that we would get copies of our pictures in hand - I guess by request. Instead, when the pictures were posted online, I paid $600 for prints of various dimensions. I just wish I would have been made aware before paying such money for those prints. I know that I could have gotten those prints for much cheaper from somewhere else. This was baffling because the portraits were included in our initial fee, but I just had to take it as a very unnecessary lost.

The Villagio was Wonderful!
Our wedding was beautiful. Perfect if you would like the ceremony and reception at the same location. They have packages where most of everything is in house and adjustable to your needs. The only thing we had to pay for outside of the venue was the DJ, the officiant, and the alcohol. Trish is very sweet and will work with you.

This is a one stop shop! Love how I don’t have to source outside vendors I can get everything in one place! Venue is very convienent and very nice! The guys had a room and me & my girls had two rooms with a full bathroom to get ready in.

We had the pleasure of having our wedding here. Trish was helpful at times as other have stated. She could be a bit hard to work with especially if you had your own team coming in. She initially let us to believe we had the entire day to set up but did not (she had a church come in that morning) which lead to my team starting to set up after her (only gave us a hour 1/2 to set up). We felt we paid too much money to be rushed and inconvienced. The food was great. So many good options and I love that he cooks for the entire guests so your wedding guests don't have to choose which entire to get. We had two chicken options (I did not like his Cajun catfish option :( .) There was also a very tight window for a Rehershal (you only get a hour). I didn't feel she was very accomadating. HOWEVER, the venue is beautiful. Defiantly a hidden Gem in Houston. I had about 280 guests and we all fit comfortably. The best part was she let you bring in your own liquor & she provided the bartenders. Our cake guy was Miguel and he was a breath of fresh air. He brought my cake vision to life. Overall I would give her. 4.3/5. ...... No venue is perfect just pick and choose if her flaws are worth it!

I had my wedding here Summer 2014 and the place is really nice. I loved the fact that it was a stand alone building tucked away in it's own little spot. The space is nice, and can fit a big crowd, which was exactly what I needed since I was having 300+ guests at my wedding. I liked that the venue also provided other services like catering, cake, flowers, decor, etc, but make sure you looked around else where first to make sure you get the best deal because once you say you're going with the venue it's a wrap. There's no getting out of it, regardless if you haven't utilized the services yet. The only part that I didn't like, and what made me contemplate going to another venue and just taking a loss (since I wouldn't be able to get my money back) was the attitude and pushiness of the owner/event planner. She was often unprofessional in my opinion making rude comments regarding my "pickiness" and "being difficult", and would have the audacity to argue with me about MY WEDDING!! I would think if I'm a paying customer I would be treated with a little more respect, but hey It's just MY Money that you're taking for MY wedding!! It got to the point that my then fiancee' had to intervene to keep the peace! After that happened she FINALLY acted more professional, and got things done. My wedding ended up being very beautiful, and for the most part I don't regret my decision to stay. One suggestion I would make is if you want really nice pictures with a beautiful scenery, you may have to go somewhere else.. There isn't much landscaping at the venue, and on the inside the only nice focal point is the staircase.

We had a 6 course family style dinner and that was a big complaint from my guests. Some tables waited 45 mins between dishes. Also we ordered twin lobsters as 1 course and some said they didn't get a piece because their dish had 4 heads or barely had any meat. Not really worth the extra $7 I spent per person. The Villagio is a gorgeous venue and it made for beautiful pictures. Trish did a beautiful job on my large centerpieces but the small ones did not look as nicely put together. I didn't really see her much for the actual wedding day. I was under the assumption that she would be more involved with the day of. I would definitely recommend this venue to someone else, but get everything in writing and hire your own coordinator.

They scammed me.
These people took our money for the deposit, then cancelled and shut down the venue on us just a few months short of our wedding. They now refuse to give back our deposit, and are not picking up the phones. They have made my wedding a nightmare.

Beautiful venue. Has room for outdoor or chapel ceremony, cocktail hour in foyer and reception ballroom. If you have less than the 400-500max for the ballroom, there is lots of space to put more tables and not cram more than 8 to a table. We had 200ppl and comfortably fit everyone even with buffet tables in the room. The place is gorgeous on the outside. It also has lots of parking spaces for guests. One thing I found strange was that the highboy tables used in the foyer for cocktail hour were extra even after buying the full package for the venue.
