We had such an amazing experience getting married at The Venue and cannot recommend more highly working with Ariel and Ashley and their whole team.

You will not find another space like this, especially at The Venue's very reasonable price point. It's completely all-encompassing: ceremony, reception, catered dinner, dance party, late night snacks - all in one location with ample parking that's super easy to get to from Amtrak, airport, etc. And each space within the Venue has its own unique vibe, so you really get the feeling of multiple distinct chapters to any event, even though you're conveniently in the same place all night.

The huge fenced-in outdoor area is a hidden gem, complete with a fire pit, bar, and ice cream truck; the downstairs bar features shuffle board and a 10-person foosball table and has the fun feel of being an old-timey sports bar beneath a church; the upstairs is absolutely gorgeous. You basically don't need to decorate because the space itself is so stunning. We barely did flowers and did no other decor (like literally $0 decor budget, just brought some home-grown bouquets) and we got so many compliments on how beautiful the space was.

Oh, and there's a massive bridal suite for getting ready that's adjoined to the church that's filled with huge ornate old mirrors and fun loungey velvet loveseats (and a space for your partner and their crew to get ready downstairs). I got ready with no less than 10 cousins and friends and it was plenty spacious.

The food was SO GOOD - so many people commented to us about it that at a certain point we were like- okay, anything else you wanna say about the wedding?! 😜😂 Ariel worked with us to create the perfect menu that fit within budget, including accommodating a lot of specific allergies from our guest list. He is a truly talented chef. And Ashley's pre-wedding meetings and organization were impeccable. We had 230 guests and they made it all work! (See group shot for reference.)

The only outside professional I would recommend hiring is a DJ, because the church's sound system is challenging to work on your own - they should bring their own mics, speakers, etc. Other than that (and a photographer if you desire), you can pretty much count on The Venue to be an affordable, all-inclusive package where you'll be taken care of like family and have an amazing experience!

I'm not even sure where to begin - Dan and Jennifer have an incredible event space, that provided us the the opportunity to have a truly magical wedding beyond anything we could have imagined. Dan is so down to earth, funny, accommodating, and has such a great personality -- Jennifer is calming, kind, compassionate, organized, and the best presence you want by your side on your big day. The space was incredibly clean, and they are so accommodating with access to set up, breakdown, and getting ready. We held our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, getting prepped time (hair/make-up), ceremony, and reception all at The Venue over 2 days, and it was beyond perfect. They have given so much love, time, and energy into this building -- it left us, our guests, and our bridal party speechless. The energy in the building is fabulous -- it was a weekend filled with joy, happiness, laughter, and love.

This place is AMAZING! Dan and Jen have done such an incredible job with the place. It is gorgeous and big enough to fit lots of people and dance floor. If you are looking for a unique wedding venue, this is the place. From the "speakeasy" cocktail area, to the bridal suite to the huge old church feel reception hall- every room is unique and magnificent. All my guests still talk about the place. Jen and Dan are super accommodating. Anything we asked for, they did their best to provide. Sometimes their laid back approach made me slightly nervous about the details on the day, but dont worry- they get everything done and any detail you want. If we were to do it all over again, this is the place we would pick again and again.
