The Venue at Evans Orchard is conveniently located in Georgetown, Kentucky, a short distance from downtown Lexington. The Evans family's fifth-generation operated farm is an idyllic space for elegant farm or barn weddings. Couples will love all that is on offer here!

Our Venue offers traditional full-day and two-day rentals for weddings with more than 50 guests. We are pleased to now offer elopements and small wedding packages in 2024!

Facilities and Capacity

The Venue at Evans Orchard can accommodate small to large-scale events for weddings and corporate events alike. The main area inside the barn is approximately 4,300 square feet and offers banquet-style seating for up to 200 guests. The outdoor ceremony space is stunning, with an apple orchard backdrop and quintessentially Kentucky wood plank fencing. There is a vast amount of green space surrounding the barn. Enjoy a cocktail hour or dance on the patio under the string lights, utilize the lawn for cornhole and games, and get ready for all the photo opportunities! There are breathtaking sunset views from the patio for guests to enjoy and photographers to capture! Our beautifully renovated tobacco barn offers temperature-controlled bridal and groom dressing suites, a prep kitchen for caterers, modern restrooms, and plenty of parking. In 2023, we converted the silo into a dressing suite with modern industrial furnishings and curated Kentucky decor. In 2024, we are excited to reveal new chandeliers in the barn, decorative updates in the bridal suite, and many new services.

Services Offered

The Venue at Evans Orchard rental fees include the use and set up of our round tables, rectangle tables, gold chiavari chairs for the reception, and garden chairs for the ceremony. We offer pricing for single-day use, Friday, Saturday, and weekend packages from mid-April through mid-November. Additionally, we have many upgrades and rental furniture available, including antique wooden pews, bourbon barrels, farmhouse tables, heaters, decor, centerpieces, and more. We also offer add-ons for day-of coordination and decorating services. Our rental items are a convenient service, but we also welcome third-party vendor rentals. We are pleased to offer full bar service for all events. The Venue at Evans Orchard holds a Kentucky liquor license and provides a variety of ways to offer a bar at your wedding.
