The Venue at Evans Orchard is the perfect site for your elegant southern wedding! Our renovated tobacco barn offers a getting ready room for bride and groom, caterers’ prep room, modern restrooms and plenty of parking while overlooking beautiful views of the 300-acre farm. The main area of the barn is approximately 4300 square feet and offers banquet-style seating for up to 200 guests. Outdoor ceremony space is available for the bride who hopes to enjoy a warm Kentucky evening outside. Reclaimed church pews are available upon request. Come and see how we can make your wedding day special!

WOW! I mean I cannot say enough about this venue and the event coordinator, Jenn. Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, so is the drive to and from. Being a COVID bride was not easy, but Jenn made sure that everything ran smoothly. She coordinated with all of the vendors, helped create a timeline, and made sure everything flowed so nicely. Of all of the wedding venues in the Lexington and surrounding areas, this is by far the best. If you are looking for a venue, I highly recommend Evans Orchard Event Barn.

Evans Orchard and Cider Mill has a gorgeous venue. The barn is a perfect location for a reception, the suites to get ready in a very spacious and decorated so nicely. The grounds have large apple orchards and pumpkin fields and corn fields which all act as gorgeous scenery for all your photos. Jenn is wonderful and will help make your wedding dreams a reality. I highly recommend Evans Event Barn for your venue!
Evans Event Barn is a fantastic choice for many reasons.... location, beautiful grounds, gorgeous concept... This particular venue has sentimental ties to me as well. I love working with the Evans family, and have been friends for a lifetime. Come & visit this gorgeous place!
