In the stunning Kentucky countryside between Winchester and Lexington, you’ll find the elegant, enchanting, and welcoming wedding venue known as The Bluegrass Family Farm. It is one of those rare venues where you get genuine country charm without sacrificing convenience. Over 5,000 sq ft of indoor event space fills the restored barn, and the surrounding property creates a setting that is hard to find anywhere else in the region. The Farm is tucked into the heart of Bluegrass Horse Country in Central Kentucky, just 12 minutes from Hamburg in Clark County, right off I-64.
Facilities and Capacities
The venue accommodates up to 250 guests. The restored barn serves as the main reception space, with exposed wooden beams, warm lighting, and a rustic atmosphere that photographs beautifully from every angle. A dedicated wedding suite is available on-site for getting ready and taking a breath before the ceremony. The property also includes a bar and a prep kitchen for your catering team. Outdoor ceremony spaces and patio garden access are available as add-ons. Pricing for outdoor areas is customized based on your event needs, so reach out directly for details.
Services Offered
Packages are offered at four tiers: Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Silver. Diamond and Platinum packages include tables and chairs for up to 250 guests. Gold and Silver packages include tables and chairs for up to 75 guests. Full package details and pricing are available on the website and in the downloadable pricing guide. Decorating services, floral arrangements, lighting, and other enhancements are available at additional cost and are priced based on your specific vision. Event coordination services are offered as an optional add-on as well. You are also welcome to bring your own planner. The team is happy to share a list of trusted local caterers and vendors.
