We had our wedding at the Trout Club on 09.07.2024 and I can’t stop talking about how amazing our experience was! Amanda made our special day feel like a fairytale. Our experience at The Trout Club for our wedding was nothing short of magical. Every single aspect of our special day was flawlessly executed, exceeding our highest expectations. The team at The Trout Club went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Amanda Reynolds - she makes this happen. Her and her assistant were the best thing since sliced bread!

From the moment we first connected with Amanda and the staff at the Trout Club, we were impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. They were incredibly responsive to all of our questions and needs, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. Plus, they were accommodating to our specific requests, making us feel truly valued and taken care of.

One particularly standout aspect was the food provided by The Trout Club. The chef's culinary skills shone through in every dish served, delighting our guests and leaving everyone raving about the delicious menu. The presentation was also impeccable, adding an extra touch of pizzazz to the evening - we were accommodated with a special menu of tacos instead of the traditional wedding foods.

Please note - because the location is hilly, handicap accessibility is limited. There are golf carts that can drive you up and around and all you have to do is ask the staff, but the stairs from the ceremony site to the reception are in need of an update - something that many people look over, but I consider with my guests. If you need to drive a vehicle up towards the reception you can with some guidance from the club (we had a power wheelchair bound guest and that was the only way up and back from the site). Sadly the restroom area is t is tight which can make it difficult for wheelchair individuals to maneuver, but with it being an older building this is common.

ALSO - I attached pictures to show the reception space, the ceremony site, and what it looks like full/empty. We had 120 and it was a perfect fit. Those over 120 often have to rent tents, but they have tables for about 180-200 I believe. We had the dancefloor outside with the DJ but you could have it inside as well. Bar is near the TC Lounge and buffet style food is served from the other side of the bar. We had a sweetheart table which was perfect for us to see everyone throughout the night. The golf course is where all of our pictures were taken and there are so many good spots it is hard to pass up. The bride is dropped off with a tinted window van (so comfortable) and then it naturally drives away to reveal the bride. Then your wedding party comes in on golf carts and leaves on golf carts, but they are parked nicely and away from the ceremony site. If you like whimsical, woodsy, and green this place is for you! Note the drapery in the reception were not apart of the club and are additional charges from Party Pleasers but they have a Trout Club Swag set that you can order with Amanda's help if needed.

The trout club came highly recommended from many people and I truly was skeptical if they were as amazing as I was told. But WOW. They are truly the best venue and staff! The ease of the menu, colors, and any specifics that we requested was great! Amanda and her team did a great job with decorating and I could not have asked for a more stress-free event (before, during, and after).

We risked doing an outdoor ceremony when the weather was questionable, we ended up getting through the ceremony to be met with a monsoon of rain and wind! The trout club workers met this challenge with full force of all golf carts coming up to transport the guests back to the main building and they were absolutely amazing in the recovery of the evening! Providing towels to the guests and ensuring the night went on!

They kept us on schedule and so happy the entire time! They gave us a golf cart to go around the property for pictures and for the photographer to go around and find spots ahead of time which she appreciated! The appetizers, main meal, and cake were all so delicious! The villa was great to stay nice and close on the property.

I cannot say enough how great our wedding was and how it was due to the amazing, hard work of Amanda and her crew!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Not a bad view in sight, making for beautiful wedding photos to last a lifetime. Amanda makes every bride feel special and unique and makes the big day the best one ever. The whole staff is courteous, kind and thoughtful! We had a micro wedding at the Trout Club and it was more than I ever could have imagined! It was so perfect! Amanda and her team went above and beyond, there was nothing my husband and I had to worry about on our wedding day! The venue was gorgeous, we were able to have our ceremony outside in November! The food was absolutely delicious! The flowers were gorgeous! The cake was beautiful and very tasty! We seriously couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day with our family!

Today is our one year anniversary. My husband and I got married here a year ago, today. Amanda, the wedding planner, was absolutely incredible. No task was too big, no request was deemed silly and no hiccup went on without her ultimate resolve. I refer to Amanda as our Fairy Godmother because she did everything in her power (and then some) to make our wedding day effortlessly perfect. The staff is incredible and the service is top tier. At the risk of causing Miss Amanda even MORE work, I implore you to book your event at The Trout Club. It’s a beautiful hidden gem that just feels so magical and high end. The food is great and the location is beautiful, any time of year. If you’re looking for your next event space, Amanda is your girl! She does a killer job and she does it with a smile on her face. Where do we even start on this amazing wedding venue and team! Everything was flawless - from initial booking through the end of our event. The grounds are gorgeous and offered the perfect indoor/outdoor blend for our big day. We fell in love as soon as we saw it and knew this was the place we wanted to get married. As all of the other reviewers have highlighted - when you book the Trout Club, you also get the best wedding coordinator in the business, AMANDA. She and her team are fun, kind, organized and professional. We didn't have to lift a finger or worry about a thing. Our guests haven't stopped raving about how gorgeous & unique the venue was, how it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding and how perfectly smooth everything ran! Plus, the bartenders were a blast :) We had our rehearsal dinner here the night before as well and somehow they made it feel completely unique from the wedding itself. Once again, the service, food, atmosphere and organization was top notch. I could go on and on about how amazing our day was thanks to Amanda and her team at The Trout Club. You don't get this kind of experience everywhere and we'd have our wedding here again a million times over without hesitation. Thank you, TC!

We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day at The Trout Club! The outdoor ceremony site was so beautiful and it was great having the reception area at the same venue! And it included food and alcohol which made planning our wedding easy and convenient. It was so amazing working with Amanda and Chique! They were both so helpful and accommodating the entire time we were planning our wedding. Amanda always responded to our emails and phone calls quickly and had a solution for everything! We are so grateful to have had such an amazing wedding at The Trout Club!

The venue was beautiful on its own and the staff was so wonderfull. This was one of the most inclusive venues I had reached out to and that made a huge difference with planning as well. Amanda kept everything running smoothly and was organized down to every little detail. We had plenty of space to get ready there in the morning so we didn't have to do any extra travel and we were able to spend the night in the villas. We also had our rehearsal dinner at the Trout Club and had a great time. Our guests spoke about how pretty the venue was, how great the food was, and how much fun they had. We could not have asked for a better experience.
