Our experience at The Trout Club for our wedding was nothing short of magical. Every single aspect of our special day was flawlessly executed, exceeding our highest expectations. The team at The Trout Club went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Amanda Reynolds - she makes this happen. Her and her assistant were the best thing since sliced bread!
From the moment we first connected with Amanda and the staff at the Trout Club, we were impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. They were incredibly responsive to all of our questions and needs, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. Plus, they were accommodating to our specific requests, making us feel truly valued and taken care of.
One particularly standout aspect was the food provided by The Trout Club. The chef's culinary skills shone through in every dish served, delighting our guests and leaving everyone raving about the delicious menu. The presentation was also impeccable, adding an extra touch of pizzazz to the evening - we were accommodated with a special menu of tacos instead of the traditional wedding foods.
In conclusion, we wholeheartedly recommend The Trout Club for anyone looking to create a memorable and unforgettable wedding day. Their dedication to excellence, coupled with their warm hospitality, truly set them apart as a top-notch wedding vendor. Thank you to the entire team at The Trout Club for making our wedding day a dream come true.
Please note - because the location is hilly, handicap accessibility is limited. There are golf carts that can drive you up and around and all you have to do is ask the staff, but the stairs from the ceremony site to the reception are in need of an update - something that many people look over, but I consider with my guests. If you need to drive a vehicle up towards the reception you can with some guidance from the club (we had a power wheelchair bound guest and that was the only way up and back from the site). Sadly the restroom area is t is tight which can make it difficult for wheelchair individuals to maneuver, but with it being an older building this is common.
ALSO - I attached pictures to show the reception space, the ceremony site, and what it looks like full/empty. We had 120 and it was a perfect fit. Those over 120 often have to rent tents, but they have tables for about 180-200 I believe. We had the dancefloor outside with the DJ but you could have it inside as well. Bar is near the TC Lounge and buffet style food is served from the other side of the bar. We had a sweetheart table which was perfect for us to see everyone throughout the night. The golf course is where all of our pictures were taken and there are so many good spots it is hard to pass up. The bride is dropped off with a tinted window van (so comfortable) and then it naturally drives away to reveal the bride. Then your wedding party comes in on golf carts and leaves on golf carts, but they are parked nicely and away from the ceremony site. If you like whimsical, woodsy, and green this place is for you! Note the drapery in the reception were not apart of the club and are additional charges from Party Pleasers but they have a Trout Club Swag set that you can order with Amanda's help if needed. -

The trout club came highly recommended from many people and I truly was skeptical if they were as amazing as I was told. But WOW. They are truly the best venue and staff! The ease of the menu, colors, and any specifics that we requested was great! Amanda and her team did a great job with decorating and I could not have asked for a more stress-free event (before, during, and after).
We risked doing an outdoor ceremony when the weather was questionable, we ended up getting through the ceremony to be met with a monsoon of rain and wind! The trout club workers met this challenge with full force of all golf carts coming up to transport the guests back to the main building and they were absolutely amazing in the recovery of the evening! Providing towels to the guests and ensuring the night went on!
They kept us on schedule and so happy the entire time! They gave us a golf cart to go around the property for pictures and for the photographer to go around and find spots ahead of time which she appreciated! The appetizers, main meal, and cake were all so delicious! The villa was great to stay nice and close on the property.
I cannot say enough how great our wedding was and how it was due to the amazing, hard work of Amanda and her crew! -

Wonderful, supportive, super hero of a Wedding Planner!
Today is our one year anniversary. My husband and I got married here a year ago, today. Amanda, the wedding planner, was absolutely incredible. No task was too big, no request was deemed silly and no hiccup went on without her ultimate resolve. I refer to Amanda as our Fairy Godmother because she did everything in her power (and then some) to make our wedding day effortlessly perfect. The staff is incredible and the service is top tier. At the risk of causing Miss Amanda even MORE work, I implore you to book your event at The Trout Club. It’s a beautiful hidden gem that just feels so magical and high end. The food is great and the location is beautiful, any time of year. If you’re looking for your next event space, Amanda is your girl! She does a killer job and she does it with a smile on her face. The Perfect Venue!
Where do we even start on this amazing wedding venue and team! Everything was flawless - from initial booking through the end of our event. The grounds are gorgeous and offered the perfect indoor/outdoor blend for our big day. We fell in love as soon as we saw it and knew this was the place we wanted to get married. As all of the other reviewers have highlighted - when you book the Trout Club, you also get the best wedding coordinator in the business, AMANDA. She and her team are fun, kind, organized and professional. We didn't have to lift a finger or worry about a thing. Our guests haven't stopped raving about how gorgeous & unique the venue was, how it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding and how perfectly smooth everything ran! Plus, the bartenders were a blast :) We had our rehearsal dinner here the night before as well and somehow they made it feel completely unique from the wedding itself. Once again, the service, food, atmosphere and organization was top notch. I could go on and on about how amazing our day was thanks to Amanda and her team at The Trout Club. You don't get this kind of experience everywhere and we'd have our wedding here again a million times over without hesitation. Thank you, TC! -

We had the best wedding at the Trout Club
The venue was beautiful on its own and the staff was so wonderfull. This was one of the most inclusive venues I had reached out to and that made a huge difference with planning as well. Amanda kept everything running smoothly and was organized down to every little detail. We had plenty of space to get ready there in the morning so we didn't have to do any extra travel and we were able to spend the night in the villas. We also had our rehearsal dinner at the Trout Club and had a great time. Our guests spoke about how pretty the venue was, how great the food was, and how much fun they had. We could not have asked for a better experience. -

The Trout Club made for the absolute perfect wedding venue! Amanda made the entire day so smooth and the whole process stress free. We cannot say enough about her kindness and the entire staff’s willingness to go above and beyond. After seeing the venue and meeting with Amanda no other venue could compare, we booked immediately. Everything was tailored to meet every expectations and then some. Our wedding was an absolute dream from the beautiful space and decor, to the vendors the Trout Club recommended, and the food oh my gosh the food was outstanding we received so many complements about our choice in venue and the food. The Trout Club was absolutely incredible. We got married there May 2023 and what a wonderful decision that was!
The venue is BEAUTIFUL. From the well manicured nature, the aesthetic of the pavilion, the dressing rooms and the villas! All are just beautiful.
Not only that, I LOVED the set up of the property. It couldn’t have been better. The parking area, ceremony area, dressing rooms and dinner area were all close to each other but also not on top of each other. There was plenty of space for the bridal party the morning of and enough room during the wedding for the guests to mingle around too.
The staff was so warm and hardworking, this made things go so smooth.
The best of all, AMANDA. Amanda is AMAZING. She really knows how to do weddings. She has it down to a science. I am all about a plan and love things to be on time and her being so detail oriented made it so I didn’t have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding. She is funny, sweet and wants you to have a great experience.
The food was incredible, the staff is amazing and the grounds are gorgeous. There isn’t a better place to get married. I’m SO HAPPY with our experience. Don’t think twice, you will LOVE it!!!
Also I know weddings can get expensive quickly. There are lots of options that can give you different price points. I believe what you spend will 100% be worth it, I would not go anywhere else. A++ ! -

The absolute perfect place to have any event but especially a wedding!!!
I never write reviews but I HAD to for The Trout Club, Amanda and the staff!! I cannot say enough about The Trout Club. We went to many places before our visit with The Trout Club but after meeting with Amanda once, we knew this was the place. They go above and beyond to make sure it’s the best day ever. Where do I even start with the Trout Club!? This place is amazing. The venue is awesome and provides the most beautiful location for indoor, in between glass pavilion, and outdoor setting all in one venue. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it, and so did all of my guests! It really is quite unique. The food was literally 5 stars as well from appetizers to the main menu. If I am being honest though, the selling point for me to book my wedding at the Trout Club was all of the amazing things I heard about the wedding coordinator, Amanda. If you book your wedding venue here, you will work very closely with Amanda. Everything you hear about her is true - she’s the absolute best. She is diligent, organized, enthusiastic about her job, and is extremely flexible in making all of your wedding dreams come true. She will take all of the worry and stress about of your wedding day because you can trust that she has everything organized to the minute detail and your best interests in mind. I say all of these things because I truly had an amazing experience at the Trout Club and would recommend this place and Amanda to anyone. My Fiancé and I wanted very specific things for our special day. The list of requirements we were looking for in a venue was: Outdoor ceremony, onsite reception, all inclusive food and alcohol, onsite lodging, and great customer service.
Let me start off by saying, not only did all of those requirements above get met, but our expectations were completely blown away! Everything about this entire process was absolutely perfect. As we all know, getting married can be a very stressful process with so many small details involved. This venue separates itself from all others for one simple reason: AMANDA.
Amanda will be your wedding coordinator if you choose the Trout Club as your wedding venue, and I can promise you she will make absolutely certain your special day is perfect. There are many people who say they love what they do for a living, but Amanda is a step above this. She cares SO MUCH about each and every person involved in the wedding and went above and beyond for my Fiancé and I so many times.
Day or night, she is available by phone call or text message to answer all questions you have. No questions were left unanswered, and her communication was extremely prompt. It's the little things she does that seperate this experience from all others: Ordered lunch for the girls while they were getting ready all morning and afternoon, allowed us to drop off our napkins a week in advance so they could pre fold them all, set up a personalized message board in our villas where we slept for the weekend, sent us photos after we left of all items left behind, helped tremendously with all clean up after reception, stayed on top of all vendors and kept them all on the same page, and the list goes on and on.
I can't stress enough how happy we are with our choice to get married at the Trout Club. The dinner was AMAZING. All bartenders were phenomenal. The villas we stayed at for the weekend were beautiful and allowed us to have the best weekend of our lives surrounded by all the people we love most. After the reception, the party continues at the onsite villas.
All of my family and guests raved about how spectacular this process went and how amazing Amanda and her crew were. It truly was a magical and stress free experience. I couldn't imagine a better or more beautiful wedding! -

The Trout Club wrapped up every idea I had for my wedding. I wanted a classic wedding that our guests could spend the evening in from start to finish. Amanda was incredible to work with. She made it so easy to make sure the day ran smoothly. She called each of the vendors I chose and made sure everyone was on the same page. I didn't have to lift a finger to figure out the schedule for the day. I could not recommend the Trout Club enough. I was completely out of my element in planning my daughter's wedding. Finding The Trout Club and Amanda Reynolds made everything so much easier and less stressful. Amanda helped walk us through all the steps of the planning process. Besides meeting with us personally several times, she was also very responsive whenever I texted her with questions. Our other vendors also complimented on how easy Amanda was to work with and appreciated her organization. We have recieved so many compliments from our guests on how they enjoyed the venue, the food and the friendliness of the staff. One guest commented that it was the best wedding meal they were ever served. The Trout Club was a wonderful choice to bring our family together to celebrate the marriage of our daughter.

Just perfect for our son‘s wedding!
The Trout Club was the most picturesque and accommodating place we could imagine for our son and daughter in laws wedding. We are so thrilled that we were able to celebrate the beginning of their lives together in such a wonderful location. Guests from all over the United States gathered to enjoy an outdoor wedding and a flexible reception in the covered portion of The Trout Club. Amanda Reynolds gave us complete assurance that despite surprisingly chilly temperatures and potential rain everything would turn out perfectly —and it did! She was ready for any variable. We could not have asked for a better experience. The landscaping was gorgeous, the food delicious, the staff was accommodating and the villas were comfortable and welcoming for the groomsmen! We highly recommend choosing The Trout Club! -

Absolute Excellence!
I cannot say enough about this venue and the employees. This was the perfect place for us to get married and we are so grateful to everyone at The Trout Club who made everything perfect. Not only was the ceremony site beautiful and the venue itself gorgeous but Amanda Reynolds went above and beyond. We were inexperienced on just about everything for our special day and Amanda helped with vendor recommendations, organization, and great suggestions. It made the process less stressful and more enjoyable. She was also there to answer all of our questions and concerns. All employees were friendly and attentive to our guest and our needs. Saying all that it was also very affordable! We were able to have a wonderful wedding without going into debt. If you are wanting to enjoy your wedding and the experience this is the place! We got married October 10, 2020 at the Trout Club and it was perfect. The Trout Club is one of the most beautiful properties. Everything is well kept, the Club house itself is just gorgeous, and everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Amanda, the special events coordinator, I don’t even know where to begin with her.. From my first message to her asking about the availability of 10.10.20, she was quick to respond and had us come in for a tour. She was super sweet, answered all our questions, and got us booked for our day. Then covid happened, and even through all that, Amanda reassured us that everything was going to work out, and it did. She’s very detail oriented and confident in what she does. I can’t imagine having gotten married without her! Even after the wedding, my husband reached out to her about my ring box that we couldn’t find, and she said she’d look for it. I didn’t have high hopes, as it’s a tiny ring box on a giant golf course lol But, she emailed me maybe a couple days later with a picture of it. She rallied up some people to search every golf cart and look around and found it! It’s the little things like this that make the Trout Club stand out among all the rest. I would definitely recommend the Trout Club for a wedding or any event. We hope to be back to visit soon! -

The BEST venue in Central Ohio!
We were married at the Trout Club on 9/19. Prior to booking the Trout Club, we had initially booked our wedding at Noah’s of New Albany, which unexpectedly shut down a few months prior to our wedding. Amanda reached out to us the same day and gave us some optional dates available at the Trout Club and scheduled us for a tour ASAP. She was so kind and helpful through every step and made a stressful situation as painless as possible. We fell in love with the trout club... the ceremony space and reception space were beautiful, and the food and drinks were a huge hit with our guests. Amanda and the staff met our every want and need without hesitation and made sure our wedding day was as perfect as we imagined. The Trout Club definitely holds a special place in our hearts and we will recommend to everyone we know... We couldn’t be happier that we chose the Trout Club as our venue! -

Absolutely Wonderful
I would recommend the Trout Club over and over again! Our experience was beyond great. Amanda Reynolds at the Trout Club did an amazing job working with us. We were scheduled to have our wedding there May 2nd, 2020, but had to reschedule for a later date due to COVID. This was no issue for Amanda. She even had a few dates, that were left over for the year, already reserved for us to pick from to reschedule. She was so accommodative and helpful throughout the whole process. She has a very nice list of recommended vendors for photograph, DJ, flowers, and more. She even took the time to call each outside vendor a week or two prior to confirm their arrival the day of our wedding. The entire event went smoothly and my husband and I were able to enjoy our special day without stress! If you are looking for a great venue, with great food and service, the Trout Club is the perfect place! -

During the pandemic and re-scheduling our wedding time and time again things got to be very stressful.. After cancelling our destination wedding, we were at a dead end, until we sat down with Amanda at the trout club. Amanda made things SUCH a breeze; and took care of everything we could possible throw at her.
The TC villas were so convenient to stay at the night before and the night of; to even getting ready in.
The wedding went absolutely perfect, and the staff accommodated everyone so well. They went through everything we had asked, and took care of each and every individual at our wedding.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to Amanda, Lonnie, and the amazing trout club staff. I would not change a single thing about our wedding; other than not considering the TC for our initial venue. -

The Trout Club is the first venue I looked at for my wedding and my heart was sold the moment I walked in. It was everything I wanted all-in-one. Amanda Reynolds, the event coordinator, is literally the BEST coordinator and sweetest soul I have every had the pleasure of working with. She went above and beyond to help us make our day absolutely perfect. I think she also prayed that the weather would be amazing for all of us that day and, let me tell you, it couldn't have been more perfect for an outdoor ceremony. What's even better, is that there was a plan B in place in case it did rain or it was too cold. I am so thankful for the staff at The Trout Club for all their hard work as well. They definitely impressed all of my family members and guests. Shout out to CHELSEA!
One of my favorite parts of the ceremony was the shuttle bus my father and I sat in. It took us up to the ceremony site so that I could watch everyone walk down before dad and I were brought to the aisle for our walk. It was just another amazing part of the whole day that The Trout Club and Amanda made possible for us. The Trout Club already has a rustic industrial feel to it. So it made it easier to coordinate the decor. The Trout Club was already beautiful before I added greenery and florals as well as lighting and lanterns. They provided the food, tables, chairs, linens, napkins, plates and utensils for the reception. Amanda also does a great job coordinating with all of my other vendors. This kept everyone on the same page as well as made it so much more enjoyable for me on the day of my wedding and beyond! I truly have gained a friend through the whole process in Amanda. My photos, taken by Michelle Joy Photography, are amazing and hopefully give you a great idea of just how naturally beautiful all aspects of The Trout Club are as well as my wedding day. Nothing short of PERFECT :) I 200% recommend them for any event you may need. I will definitely be using them again in the future. -

Our wedding experience at the Trout Club was completely magical. We were floored by how attentive, caring, and helpful the staff was! It rained all day, causing big change to our outdoor ceremony. When the tent went up, the team went the extra mile, in the rain, to bring in fresh cut foliage. They were willing at the last minute to turn a plain white tent into a warm romantic fall space. Our family and friends could not say enough about the service all throughout the evening. We had everything we needed on site - getting ready rooms, overnight villas for out of town guests and bridal party. And Amanda, the Event Manager, this woman works wonders and was behind the scenes making sure everything went flawlessly (we love her!) To top it off the space is just gorgeous. It all felt expensive but wasn't insanely priced. What more could you ask for. We are over the moon! -

Perfection!
This venue is exquisite! The Trout Club did not disappoint at all. Every single detail was perfect. The food was AMAZING, not dry at all which was a fear of mine. Wedding food can tend to be mediocre elsewhere but not here, everyone loved it.
Amanda the coordinator made everything such a breeze. She replied timely to all of my emails since day one, she truly cared about what we wanted and our needs, worked seamlessly with all vendors, and took any stress and concerns away that popped up the day of. Her staff was phenomenal, so polite and really knew what they were doing.
I would highly recommend The Trout Club for any entertainment but especially a wedding. My fiancé and I are so happy to be able to say we had one of the BEST venues possible for our special day.

The Trout Club was the perfect place for my wedding. Everything was so perfect, and nothing went wrong. The food was spectacular, and just what we wanted! The dance floor was spacious, and the perfect size. The staff at the Trout Club are very friendly and so accommodating to whatever you need on your special day. Amanda, the wedding coordinator, just is awesome and bends over backwards to make sure that it is a day you will never forget. We had to change a lot around last minute due to the weather but everyone was super helpful and we made it work! The venue space is has a lot of options to work with and they let you use basically any decor they have for anything you may need. The whole staff especially Amanda made sure the day was as stress free as it could be! The food was fantastic and everyone loved it.

The venue was beautiful. Our guests were so complimentary of everyone and everything! Worth every penny that was spent! If you want to have the perfect wedding -the Trout Club is the place for you!
