I've hired them for my wedding in June and so far so good! They have been so accommodating working within my budget! I haven't had their food yet but my mom who recommended them to me raves about it so I have no doubt they will be amazing.

Delicious, scrumptious, mouthwatering is just a few things I heard about from my guest's in regards to the food! We had the prime rib w au jus and horseradish, fruit and nut stuffed chicken, brandied carrots and artichokes, roasted asparagus and the best part MASHED potatoe bar!!!!!! Lol no carbs for months the mashed potatoe bar was the one thing I really wanted and Betsy did not disappoint :-) you definitely don't get what you pay for you get more! Professional, polite and positively delicious food. No need to look any further for a great caterer.

Betsy, along with Mary Jane, were amazing, amazing, amazing to cater our wedding reception. They have done so much from the beginning to help ease our worries and to make everything come together so beautifully - from the cake, to the dinnerware, to the linens, to the wonderful food (that we are still getting compliments on, 1 month after the wedding).

We had an idea for our cake, Betsy took our paper flowers and made it so much more personal and beautiful (and it was moist and delicious - I can't wait for our anniversary top!). The food was delicious - we chose the chicken marsala and beef tenderloin, with mashed potatoes, and a very delicious (sweet) salad.

The servers were great people - very accommodating and gracious and friendly!
