Amelia's food is excellent. I was most impressed by how she invited us out to the restaurant to try samples of the food we decided on! She was very flexible working with our difficult menu (my family doesn't eat fish and the wife's doesn't eat red meat...) and the presentation on the day was very nice (I'd recommend having a detailed conversation about how much space things will take though. We had WAY more table than we needed and it made the buffet look quite small)
The 4/5 on responsiveness is just because sometimes e-mails got missed. I understand how it could be working a restaurant while setting something like this up though so if you don't hear back send again or give her a call.

Even if you don't hire her as a caterer go to The Strawberry Patch for dinner sometime. Excellent food.
