The Social is a restaurant located in Montpelier, Vermont. Our dedicated team strives to provide to-be-weds on their special day with top-quality Italian and New American cuisine combined with friendly and attentive service. Our primary mode of catering is offering elegant buffet-style food at a very accessible price point. We do this by doing all of the cooking in our kitchen and then either delivering or facilitating the pick-up of your meal. At the end of the day, you have a wonderful meal at a fraction of the cost.

Cuisine

We take great pride in creating dishes from scratch, producing seasonal, and locally sourced cuisine. Our menu features an array of appetizers, many salad options, various main platters, sides, and dessert options for those not doing a wedding cake. There is something for everyone at The Social. The team is happy to personalize the menu accordingly, and tastings can also be arranged in advance of the big day.

Services Offered

The experienced culinary staff at The Social can cater to an array of events, from intimate gatherings of 8 to 10 guests to large receptions of 200 to 250 guests. They can rent and provide chinaware, flatware, and glassware if you don't have a set provided through other rental companies
