Highly recommend

Flexible, affordable, and extremely professional. She provided the linens, plates, utensils, and set up all the tables the day prior to my wedding. The food was great and enjoyed by everyone, too! Couldn't rate her services highly enough!

I am so glad that I found Santini Catering. Everything was better than I could imagine. All my guests raved about the Food. Her flexibility with frequent changes and ability to travel a distance made everything so easy. The food and service was worth every cent. I highly recommend her for any occasion!

Hiring Susan for our marriage celebration was one of the best decisions I made. To start, we were given a menu of option based on per person price range, which let us tailor our budget. The options looked excellent, too. Susan also provided linens and we could choose the colors. Susan was so responsive by email and text throughout the whole process - whenever we had questions, or needed a recommendation for a baker, etc. Up until the day before, she went out of her way to be flexible and communicative when our setup time had to change. She even coordinated with our baker to pick up and display the desserts. During the event, she and her staff knew exactly what to do and how to set up such a delicious appetizer table and buffet. I didn't have to worry about anything. Afterward, people were asking me who the caterer was because the food was so excellent. The brisket was deliciously hand carved and the lobster mac and cheese was addictive. The food was impressively good! The next day she came to pick up remaining items and even brought leftovers that she had refrigerated the night before. Susan was such a pleasure to work with and I can't recommend her enough to anyone throwing a wedding.

Susan was so responsive and flexible to our needs! She usually got back to us within an hour with any questions we had. The bride and groom live in New Hampshire, I (mother of the bride) live in New York and the wedding was in Vermont, so I really had to trust her. I put all of my faith in her and she was a delight to work with. She also gave me tips on other local vendors which helped tremendously. The food was delicious and an extremely good value! Trust Susan with your special day!

Amazing Food!!

We were absolutely blown away by the quality of the food. Everything was amazing. My MIL also hired Santini for the rehearsal dinner and it was equally as awesome. Having been around my parents catering/restaurant business growing up I had a very high standard for food and was definitely not disappointed. You won’t be either!
