While The Smokin' Pig offers full service catering, we just had them set up our food buffet style at our reception area to save a little money vs. full service catering. We had chopped pork, slaw, loaded potato casserole, and rolls-enough for 85 guests (and then some!). Everyone loved the food, and clean up was simple since everything was disposable. I did not realize included in the price is flatware for all your guests and napkins, as well as enough BBQ sauce to last a year, lol-we gave these away to our guests:) We LOVE The Smokin' Pig!!!
