We asked Tammy to make a cake with a map of the USA with hearts over various cities that mean something to us and our relationship. She was very responsive to our emails, and we asked her to show up at the venue at a specific time (to accommodate the florist, etc.) and she came through! We were so delighted to see the cake when we entered the venue! Thanks Tammy!

Tammy made the cake exactly as I requested and it came out so beautiful our venue has it featured on their website. Both the vanilla and carrot cake were delicious- our guests ate more than one slice! Wish I had the top for our anniversary, but we ate the whole thing when we came back from our honeymoon it was so good :)

Tammy at the Scratch Cake did everything I requested and my cake and cupcakes were absolutely delicious and beautifully decorated. She matched the theme of my wedding perfectly!

Tammy made us a few different kinds of mini cupcakes as well as a sweetheart cake and everything was DELICIOUS and beautiful! There were so many cupcake flavors to choose from and each came with a special flourish like a raspberry topping the chocolate rasperry cupcake and an almond on the almond joy flavor. Tammy was very flexible and helpful and was able to talk us through some of our decisions since we live far away.

Most of the cakes I saw on Tammy's website were beautifully polished styles with intricate designs. I wanted something that looked much more undone with wavy, un-polished buttercream frosting and greenery. I showed Tammy a few photos and she was able to make exactly what I wanted.

We had mini cupcakes made by Tammy which were beyond delicious and EVERYONE was raving about after the wedding. There were so many yummy flavors to choose from! When we met for the first time to do a tasting she made my husband and I feel so welcomed into her home and had the cutest little set up. Tammy was super flexible and accommodating. Highly recommend her for desserts for your next event!

Tammy was so great to work with. We ordered turtle cheesecake (chocolate cake with caramel, chocolate chips and pecans in the middle) with butter cream frosting and it was so delicious! I would definitely recommend her.

The Scratch Cake has by far and away the best tasting cakes ever! My husband and I worked with Tammy for our wedding cake and were simply blown away by her professionalism and talent. She is a breeze to work with and her selection of flavors is unsurpassed (it was difficult to choose just 2!). Our guests continue to rave about our delicious wedding cake. We cannot wait for our first anniversary to have some more! Thank you Tammy for making our big day so special (and delicious!).

Tammy is the best! She's so sweet and makes the most delicious cupcakes ever. She hosted us at her home for a wonderful tasting and let us customize our cupcakes. Her strawberry shortcake is hands down to die for. I'll be ordering more cupcakes from here for each wedding anniversary. She's reasonable, professional, and very talented.!
