Cafe Create A Cake was established in 2003. It is a family owned and operated business. As a family we strive to be the best in our area.
Chef Lisa Jayne has worked in the food business since the age of 14. She has worked with award winning chefs in the New England area. She has an extensive back ground in both the Pastry and Culinary field. She attended Johnson & Wales University for pastry arts and also attended Massasoit Community College and has a culinary degree. With the passion and skills Lisa Jayne has, her ultimate goal is to make sure each and every client has a smile on their face!
Chef Joanne was previously in the medical field, and then decide her true passion is cooking. Joanne started her career cooking for family and friends. Then she decided that this is truly what she wants to do for the rest of her life. After cooking for so many years Joanne has established a great name for her delicious cuisine, and creative food.
Joanne and Lisa Jayne are mother and daughter. With the passion they both have for the Culinary and Pastry world, their focus and love for all aspects of the kitchen, show in each and every item that leaves their kitchen. They hope to one day serve you!
