The location has its own parking, kitchen, bathrooms and a water view. Twinkle lights already set up and a nice deck and space for a cocktail hour. There are some tables / chairs at SCP already but it be a good idea to look at rentals (sea side celebrations / Tilton tents ). No flame candles allowed , private insurance, and bar tender required with no open bottles on the tables beer/ wine only allowed. This is a town building of Oak Bluffs - only one wedding a weekend. For 56 people Buffet with Dj and dance floor this was the perfect space when using 60” round tables / 8 per table. Had so many compliments and the fire place was the plan b for bad weather to get married in front of.

I defiantly got my moneys worth and more! This venue over looks the water and is a little rustic. They have decorated the hall with Christmas lights but, if you want to add more you can you just have to be willing to take it down at the end. There is a giant fireplace which is great space to decorate and add depth. I would recommend this venue to everyone. It fits a maximum of 120ppl and there is a noise curfew after 10pm.
