This venue is beautiful but the owner has no idea what customer service means, or how to treat people with respect and fairness. Without getting into major details, this venue became temporarily unsafe to host our wedding, and instead of the owner notifying us as soon as it was aware of the issues, he instead tried to band-aide fix them, gaslit us once we saw the damage for ourselves (without his transparent/honest sharing of information), and then when we finally determined that 2 weeks before our wedding that we couldn't have a safe event, he refused to return our money so that we could try to find a new venue (again 2 weeks before the date)! I will never recommend this venue to anyone if it means having to work with the owner.
