About this venue
Barns at Willow Creek is a spacious wedding venue located in Browns Valley, California. This unique venue is home to three event spaces that couples may take advantage of. Spread across 53 acres, there is no shortage of beautiful, natural background at Barns at Willow Creek. Private gardens, ponds, and an abundance of foliage draw in couples and their guests, making them feel as if they have taken a step into a wonderland. The staff at this exclusive venue also helps couples to feel as if they are living in their own fairytale by handling all of the details. They are keen to make sure that their clients experience the wedding of their dreams. When booking at Barns at Willow Creek, couples will have the choice of three locations for both ceremonies and receptions.
Facilities and Capacity
Couples may decide between indoor and outdoor spaces for their ceremony and reception. One of their first options is our willow tree ceremony site with our high peak cathedral tents for reception. These tents accommodate 300 guests and are completed with a dance floor, bar, chairs, tables, and linens.
Alternatively, they may desire to make use of the gorgeous white barn reception and fireplace ceremony. This barn is able to host a capacity of 165 individuals. It can have farm tables, benches, and cross-back chairs. Should couples be planning a smaller, more intimate occasion, they may wish to make use of the mini barn. This space seats up to 48 people and includes round tables, chairs, and linens.
They have available lodging, cabins, self-contained RV spaces, and camping available at an additional cost.

Barns at Willow Creek provides an array of packages to choose from to suit your budget. Furthermore, they offer full-service planning for all of their clients. This includes decor and accessories as well. They believe that every event that takes place on their property should uniquely reflect the hosts. It is their goal to inject the betrothed couple's personal tastes as much as possible. If couples desire to hold their wedding while not breaking their bank accounts, they can rent a scenic park area by Willow Creek during the day. This package includes a ceremony and reception area and suits a maximum of 60 guests. This venue has a list of preferred vendors that they are pleased to recommend to their clients.

You get so much bang for your buck here. ALL the cutlery, flatware, tables, chairs, and linens are included. AND they have this huge room full of decorations that you can use. The venue is beautiful, the owners are wonderful, and the overall experience exceeded all of our expectations. We couldn’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else and would highly recommend Barns at Willow Creek to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue.

After spending a beautiful Saturday viewing all the beauty in this place, it has been my mission that every couple looking for a paradise to wed in, choose this gem. I have lived 25 minutes away from this property and had no idea something like this existed so close to home. This venue really and truly hits the nail on the head when it comes to vintage decor (not what people "think" is vintage) but a true smooth collaboration of vintage decors that melts together into one beautiful setting. It was really like walking into a dream.
