Phenomenal service

We just got married at the Four Seasons this past Saturday and we have so much to thank the staff at the Four Seasons. Stephanie, our Four Seasons contact, was amazing to work with from the getgo. She was so patient, helpful, and responsive throughout the eight months we worked with her, and she even showed up to our wedding to check in on everything. She was consistently good at communicating with us and answering any questions that we had. It’s a bittersweet feeling knowing we wont be seeing her again, but anyway... I digress.

The entire staff at the Four Seasons is just so friendly and professional. Though it is a luxury hotel, there is no pretentiousness. We really appreciated that. Also, the food at our wedding was really good!!! (Better than the tasting IMO.)

For a flawlessly executed wedding with amazing service, get married here!!

Working with Sara and Katy for our wedding was such a blessing! They were always quick to respond to emails during the planning process and the quality of service that we received on our wedding weekend was unreal! We felt so spoiled by the staff, we didn't want to leave. We had our ceremony in the Lantana Room and our reception in the ballroom. The staff took care of all of our guests and the food was amazing. Our guests still talk about it! I felt like such a princess on my wedding day and that's all because of our amazing vendors and the Four Seasons! I love coming back to visit everyone and truly appreciate all the work they did to make our day THE BEST EVER!

I got married this past year at the Four Seasons in May 2017. It was an INCREDIBLE experience. From the food, service, venue, and staff, there was not a moment unnoticed or not taken care of. I am a bit of a perfectionist, so I truly wanted every detail to be perfect (yes, I was annoying about everything and yes I was THAT bride). The Four Seasons staff truly made me feel like I wasn't ever asking for too much. The wedding director was who I worked directly with, and we chatted so much that we were probably calling each other once a day prior to the wedding so that she could relieve any stress or concerns I had. The food the night of the wedding was the best surf and turf I've had, ever. I had so many event planners that were friends of mine attend the wedding, and said it was the best food/service they've ever had at an event (and those people go to plenty charity/other events in Dallas). The quality of service and professionalism of the whole staff and team at the Four Seasons was beyond anything I had imagined!

If my husband said we could have another wedding there's no doubt in my mind that I would come right back to the Four Seasons and do it all over again! Thanks again for being the best!

Katy Taylor and the whole staff at the Four Seasons is amazing!! Everything about my wedding was perfect! The venue is so beautiful! We got married on the terrace. It is a beautiful outdoor area and the grass is not real so our heels did not sink into grass which was a definite bonus when doing an outdoor wedding. Our reception was in the pavilion which is so beautiful that we did not have to do too much for decorations. The staff was very attentive and made sure my husband and I and our guests had everything we needed. The food was so delicious! We are still getting comments about how great the dinner was! We stayed at the hotel the whole weekend and from the moment we checked in, we were treated like royalty. The whole weekend was such an amazing experience!! Everything was taken care of so I was able to just relax and enjoy. I highly recommend to anyone getting married to chose the Four Seasons as their venue!!

My husband and I had toured and seen multiple venues for our wedding but once we saw The Four Seasons we knew it was the place we would say “I do”. The entire staff there is so incredibly helpful and amazing. We were so well taken care of and tended to, from the time leading up to the wedding and the wedding weekend. I mean, even the incredible people working valet would remember our names every time we came up for meetings. We were never in want or need because everyone there took care of everything! Our wedding was everything we wanted and more and so much of that was because of the beautiful venue Four Seasons has to offer along with their unbelievable staff. I want to get married there all over again!

My husband and I wanted an outdoor ceremony, and most of the outdoor venues that we looked at would have required us organizing our own back-up plan for inclement weather. When booking an outdoor ceremony space at the Four Seasons, they automatically set aside a junior ballroom in case the ceremony must be moved indoors. It was quite a load off of my mind to have that already in place. The reception was held in the Pavilion, which was perfect -- elegant but without the stuffiness of a ballroom. The food was spectacular, the service was flawless, anything we needed (or wanted) seemed to appear before we had an opportunity to ask. Our wedding weekend was the best weekend of my life, and I believe that quite a bit of that was based on selecting a venue that met our needs perfectly. Also, the room rate for the wedding block was quite reasonable, so it was very fun having quite a few friends and family members staying at the same hotel.
