Hiring The Renao was our best planning decision.
The tools the Renao shared for planning and execution were crucial to the success of our wedding. The in-person meeting a few weeks out from our event helped to reorient us to the big picture during the home stretch, rather than getting lost among details or new ideas. Ashley or Nicole joined us for all of our final vendor appointments and walk-throughs. Their spreadsheets and checklists focused on critical details that we would not have thought of, but were minimalist enough that it didn't become overwhelming.
Day-of they worked harder than anyone. Helped set up our tables in a tight window due to when we could access the venue. Directed our various helpers to where they'd be most useful. Kept us on schedule. Made sure the "must have" list we'd prepped for them in advance happened. Arrived first, left last. The whole endeavor was a big lift for all of us, but Ashley and Nicole most of all.
I can't sing enough praises about this company and the women who run it. We contracted with them because their services and fee hit our budget sweet spot for day-of coordinators. We were so happy with their services, we tipped them 50% of their contracted rate after the wedding. Wish we could have done more, honestly. They 100% earned it. Don't hesitate - call The Renao!

Ashley's career has been spent in nonprofits across the metro Atlanta area producing and managing events from major fundraisers to concerts to staff meetings. While working, she has helped friends and family with their own weddings, birthdays, and special events. Whether the event served thousands of people or a dozen, creating lasting memories has been the goal.
Ashley grew up in a creative household with a grandmother who crocheted intricate doilies, a mechanic grandfather, and a mother that could make a whole city from cardboard boxes. That inventive childhood, and a very understanding family, led to a life-long passion for making things. With The Renao, Ashley will be able to pass this creative skill to her clients and create anything they need to make their event truly unique.
Nicole has over 10 years of experience in healthcare as a registered nurse and 7 years as a team leader of the medical ministry at her church, organizing health fairs and outreach events for the community. Her skills in leadership and community outreach benefit the function and success of event planning by managing vendors, volunteers, & developing the flow & timeline of the event.. As a nurse and a mom, she has the experience and skills to handle anything that comes her way. She's always prepared with her checklists & timelines to manage all the details & "emergency bag" with items ranging from tylenol, snacks, hairspray etc to tackle any needs that come up on your big day.
Her passion for excellence produces events that will create memorable experiences for The Renao’s customers and their guests.
