For most of my pre-wedding spa treatments, I went to the Quintessential Gentleman in downtown Baltimore and got a massage, manicure with shellac & nail art, pedicure & an eye brow threading (also got lunch!), some of my bridesmaids also joined in and got a variety of services, as well. Everything for me took about 4 hours. They were so accommodating and even purchased extra glitter in anticipation of our arrival though they only had one nail artist working. The cost was a bit steep, especially considering there weren't really any kind of group discounts or packages but it was a really fun experience, in a really cool environment & the people that helped us all day, especially the nail techs were so nice.
