The Pearl at Sabine Creek is an elegant event and wedding venue located in Royse City, Texas. Couples will be surrounded by eight beautiful acres at this colonial-style mansion. They pride themselves on their Southern beauty, gorgeous amenities and ability to create memories that will last a lifetime. The Pearl at Sabine Creek offers both indoor and outdoor settings for your ceremony and reception.
Facilities and Capacity
Couples can accommodate up to 225 guests at this luxurious venue. Their spacious ballroom features high ceilings, a mezzanine with Juliet balconies and a grand staircase, perfect for a dramatic entrance. You'll have lots of natural light as you dance the night away, including sparkling chandeliers, speciality up-lighting and focal lighting. There’s also a dedicated selfie area in their photo booth room with a variety of backdrops.
We have a beautiful onsite chapel that will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We love that you can say your "I Do's" outside or inside.
Services Offered
This full-service venue offers all-inclusive packages to ensure every detail of your special day is taken care of. They allow outside alcohol and outside vendors, so your day can be completely unique. There’s a large caterers kitchen on the premises that your caterer can use at their disposal. Each couple will have the venue for 15 hours (9am-Midnight) the day of their wedding, and setup and cleanup is included in their wedding package. Venue includes:

The Pearl at Sabine Creek offers a Family Lounge where your loved ones can relax before the festivities begin with a flat screen TV. They also offer a Bridal Suite which features natural lighting, multiple mirrors, vanities, flat screen TV and dressing areas, along with a private onsuite restroom. Their Groom’s Suite boasts two flat screen TVs, an Xbox, a locker-style area and bar. All TVs include Netflix for your binge watching pleasure as you await to say "I Do."

The Pearl is an absolutely STUNNING venue. We chose to do our ceremony in the chapel and reception in the main reception hall. Facilities were clean and easy to navigate, plus we had plenty of parking for our 150+ guests.
The bridal suite and groom’s suite accommodated our large wedding party comfortably, and the well-manicured grounds made for the most breathtaking sunset photos. It’s clear there was a lot of thought and intentionality put into the design of the venue, as everything flowed smoothly. There was plenty of room for guests to sit and mingle, and lots of space for my husband and to take photos ahead of time (without seeing each other!)
The only thing greater than the venue itself are the people who own it. Connie and Barry are an absolute dream to work with! They took special care to make sure our day was perfect. No detail was left out, no questions left unanswered. Response times were quick, and they were very hospitable and welcoming to the other vendors. (Several of the people we hired commented on how wonderful they are to work with.)
Linens, table decor, seating chart and signage were all included. Additionally, they provided us with a list of trusted local vendors so that we didn’t have to start from square one. Wedding planning can be stressful, as there are so many moving parts and pieces to keep track of. Having a trusted partner who genuinely wants your day to be seamless and beautiful is worth its weight in gold. For the cost of this venue, you simply will not find a better value.

The Best Day Ever!
This pearl is amazing! I was able to have a wonderful wedding day. The owners made sure that the day ran smoothly and were very helpful through out the entire process.

Everything We Wanted in a Venue
The Pearl was EVERYTHING we wanted in a venue. My daughter and her (now) husband wanted a pristine, elegant chapel and a classy reception hall. The Pearl has the best of everything in one location. The bridal and groom suites are such relaxing places to enjoy the best friends. Barry & Connie have poured their hearts into this space and care for each couple personally. We loved the perk that Connie has a TON of decorative items and accessories that are available to use at no additional charge. The whole experience was exactly what we wanted to make the day, in the groom’s words, “magically delicious!”

The Best Day!!
We got married at The Pearl in November and it was a dream day! Not only is the venue beautiful, but the owners, Barry and Connie, truly care about every couple. They made our day perfect and we will never be able to thank them enough for everything they did! The Pearl will always hold a special place in our heart. Getting married at The Pearl was the easiest and best decision we made!!

Our Wedding at The Pearl
Having our wedding at The Pearl was the best thing that my husband and I did for our wedding day! We live out of state and Connie and Barry were extremely accommodating from the beginning to the end of our wedding planning process. They worked with us within our availability for site visits and meetings, referred us to other amazing vendors, and were available by phone call or text at all times to answer any and all questions that we had throughout the process. Additionally, they have an incredible room full of wedding supplies on site that saved us so much money! We hired Connie as our day of coordinator and she ensured that every detail was in place from first thing in the morning to making sure we had all of our belongings at the end of the night. She coordinated seamlessly with all of our vendors and ensured that the logistics in our wedding party were seamless. Barry works tirelessly to maintain the venue in top shape and he was right there next to me and my dad making sure that everything was perfect before I walked down the aisle. Barry and Connie have created a magical wedding venue and have left no details behind.

Charming and welcoming, made us feel at home!!
My husband and I got lucky enough to experience The Pearl at Sabine Creek as our wedding venue. Barry and Connie’s professionalism and organization were just the foundation of what ultimately created a beautiful wedding day. They were the perfect combination of personal and professional - always making sure I was comfortable. From getting ready in the bridal suite, walking down the aisle with my father, and to dancing the night away at the reception - I truly felt supported and relaxed the entire day. They make you feel like family, as if it is their own daughter or sons wedding day. We chose The Pearl at Sabine Creek because it felt like home, and because they allowed flexibility when it came to our choice of vendors. They will work with you on every detail to make sure that your special day is perfect. We had the wedding of our dreams, and are so excited to watch other couples get to experience this little piece of heaven on earth.

The Pearl is Perfection
The Pearl was the perfect place to have our ceremony and reception. Connie and Barry were so accommodating in allowing us to split our ceremony and reception due to COVID. We had our ceremony with immediate family in Sept. 2020 and our reception this past Sept 2021. The day of our reception I didn't have to worry about anything. Connie made sure the vendors were all set up before our reception and ceremony re-do. All of our guests mentioned how beautiful the venue is and I couldn't agree more. They have the perfect staircase to descend for your wedding entrance. The lighting and photo backdrops were perfect. They have decorations that were on point for our day and I didn't have to worry about setting up or breaking down anything which made my day stress free.

Best decision we ever made!
Only 5 stars? I need the option to choose 10 stars!!! I cannot say enough good things about this amazing venue and its even more amazing owners, Connie and Barry. From the moment we toured their venue all the way to the last moments of our wedding - it was obvious how much they really care about you. When touring other venues, they were unable to tell us important details like who would be on site that day or who is in charge of cleaning up. We felt like just another appointment to these bored venue supervisors, but not at The Pearl. Knowing that Connie and Barry would be present for our entire day if we needed them was a weight off our shoulders. As was knowing we wouldn’t have to burden our parents and friends to put away chairs or take out the trash at the end of such a long day.
We never thought that choosing our venue would be the #1 most important decision we could have made for our wedding, but with The Pearl, it was. They went above and beyond to make everything special, and we owe them so much! They really thought of every single detail when they designed The Pearl and all of the extras that come with choosing this venue really just seems unreal! Their closet of décor and linens that are free for you to use made me feel like a giddy child in a free candy shop, everything was so beautiful!
We had the perfect wedding, and we are so grateful for the part Connie and Barry played. If you are on the fence, I strongly suggest you make the right call and lock down your date with The Pearl! You won’t regret it!!!

Amazing venue!
The Pearl was the first and only venue I needed to tour! After meeting with Barry, we knew it was the one. I don't think there's another venue out there with owners that care about making your wedding day perfect as much as Connie & Barry do. They provide just about every reception decor item you could think of: table cloths, center pieces, picture frames, etc. which is unheard of! On the day of the wedding, I don't think the owners sat down once. They were doing everything in their power to make the day go smoothly. They have little earpieces that they use to communicate with the other vendors and make sure every little detail is taken care of. Just before the ceremony, the bride and her father sit in the bridal suite and Barry comes to pick you up in his golf cart! That was one of my favorite parts of the day, waiting in the bridal suite soaking everything in.
The venue is everything a bride could ask for and more. 10/10 recommend!!!
