We had a wonderful experience with the Palladium! Chris makes it super easy has everything included in the price. He was willing to work with us on when we got in to the building to set up and was on call while we were there in case we needed something. He's a pro with events and gave us some helpful tips about the layout of the room. We ended up having about 275 people and it was pretty full but everyone fit! The tables, chairs, table clothes, etc. were all in great condition. It was all beautiful!

The entire team at the Palladium, including the Butler's Pantry design team, have been very responsive so far, and we are very pleased.

Chris, the owner of the Palladium, was so easy to work with. He was friendly, flexible, and helpful before the wedding and the day of. Pro tip: Book a Sunday wedding; it's half the price!

Beautiful venue!! Wonderful support from the owner, as well as quick responses to my questions. Decorations were very minimal for my wedding (I did all my own center pieces and flowers) but it didn't matter because the location is so beautiful!

The Palladium was an amazing venue. Our event was on Mother's Day this year so it was inexpensive, and produced a great wedding venue. We absolutely loved having our ceremony and reception here. We all enjoyed ourselves, and the clean up was easy and painless. I would fully recommend The Palladium Ballroom.

Amazing place for a wedding reception! The exposed brick is absolutely beautiful and it has plenty of space. Chris was incredible to work with and really worked hard to make sure my husband and I had exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend The Palladium to anyone looking to get married in Waco!

Chris was absolutely the best. The first thing that impressed me was just the impeccable state in which he keeps the venue. It always looks amazing. Second, included with the rental fee (which is unbelievably cheap) are all the chairs, tables, and linens. The chairs he has would cost about $2000 if you rented them separately. Any time I needed to stop by and take photos or talk to Chris about something he made time to meet with me. I was so happy with my choice to have my wedding at the Palladium.

If I could give this venue a 10 out of 5 stars for "Value," I would. The owner, Chris, is a great guy. He filled us in on some hidden costs we hadn't thought about and told us how to avoid them. Not only is his place one of the least expensive in town, it's also one of the most beautiful and classy. The tables and chairs are included (no rentals needed), as are the table cloths, and some vendor tables. His floor is beautiful stained cement, which means you don't have to rent a dance floor, which can cost around $500! He does what he can to save you money, and that is highly appreciated! He even through in a few perks that I won't mention, because he may not give them to everyone. Great guy, great venue!

The Palladium was really nice and didn't require much to make everything look nice. Tables and chairs were included in the rental price and either just black or just white linens were included as well.
