Casey was the best! Our wedding was really complicated and we had guests being shuttled and several vendors, and Casey coordinated everything! We could not have done it without her. Highly recommend!

We booked Casey for partial planning services and engaged her fairly early in the process, which ended up being the best decision we made. I wish we would have booked with her before booking anything else! From the beginning, her vendor recommendations were excellent. Every vendor she suggested was professional, easy to work with, and aligned with what we were looking for. Her coordination with them throughout the process significantly reduced the mental load on us. Casey’s expertise really shined when we encountered a few unexpected challenges during planning. She helped us navigate those situations calmly and strategically, which made a stressful experience feel manageable. On the wedding day itself, everything ran smoothly from our perspective. If any issues came up, we were completely unaware of them. Casey handled the logistics and problem-solving seamlessly so we could stay present and enjoy the day. That peace of mind alone made her services invaluable. On a personal level, Casey was a joy to work with. She struck the perfect balance of being professional, organized, and genuinely caring. She took the time to really get to know us and was intentional about helping our wedding reflect who we are.

Casey did such an amazing job making sure my wedding day went as smooth as possible. Her and her assistant went above and beyond the entirety of the day making things flow, unpacking and packing up boxes, and even helping bustle my dress. I could not recommend her more!

I do not have the words to adequately express my gratitude and thanks to Casey Lee-Pitman of The Moment by Casey. From the onset (meeting her as our tour guide) at The Dresser Mansion back in June 2021, I felt Casey was a God-send. I felt she was kind, thoughtful, professional, knowledgable, and friendly. I thought she was a great guide to the history and knowledge of the Dresser Mansion (which would also become our venue location) she also was very helpful and patient taking all my questions, as the prospective new bride! When we finally did hire her our experience was wonderful. Casey is attentive and communicative, she is great at her knowledge and understanding of her industry, suppliers, and other vendors. She made some if not all the recommendations for vendors who I can not express were ALL SUPERB. Not one did I have an issue with. Not one did I receive feedback from guests for a poor or lacking experience. They all were exceptional.

The day of the wedding (for me the bride) was wonderful. I can only say because Casey was at the helm. She was amazing to decorate with our personalized touches and decorate with the vendors, she was amazing at managing and handling the timeline and personnel. She was excellent at managing bridal party personalities and keeping everything on track. At the end of the evening, everything was closed up nicely with a bow! I didn't have a worry to mind. But I knew with the close of the evening our months-long correspondence would come to an end. She really is a remarkable planner. I received many compliments from my guests about her work. I appreciate all her experience, expertise, time, energy, and kindness. She was a great wedding planner. Can not recommend her more highly or enough!

Casey was awesome! I only needed partial planning but she delivered on everything I was missing and more. She gave great recommendations and alternatives when I didn't think certain things were possible. You will definitely want her on your side during the whole process but especially towards the end of your wedding so you don't have to worry about managing vendors and timelines. I would recommend The Moment By Casey to anyone having their wedding in Oklahoma!
