The Best Wedding Coordinator
Casey was the best! Our wedding was really complicated and we had guests being shuttled and several vendors, and Casey coordinated everything! We could not have done it without her. Highly recommend! -

We booked Casey for partial planning services and engaged her fairly early in the process, which ended up being the best decision we made. I wish we would have booked with her before booking anything else! From the beginning, her vendor recommendations were excellent. Every vendor she suggested was professional, easy to work with, and aligned with what we were looking for. Her coordination with them throughout the process significantly reduced the mental load on us. Casey’s expertise really shined when we encountered a few unexpected challenges during planning. She helped us navigate those situations calmly and strategically, which made a stressful experience feel manageable. On the wedding day itself, everything ran smoothly from our perspective. If any issues came up, we were completely unaware of them. Casey handled the logistics and problem-solving seamlessly so we could stay present and enjoy the day. That peace of mind alone made her services invaluable. On a personal level, Casey was a joy to work with. She struck the perfect balance of being professional, organized, and genuinely caring. She took the time to really get to know us and was intentional about helping our wedding reflect who we are.
I would highly recommend Casey to couples who want a planner who is both highly competent behind the scenes and thoughtful in how she supports her clients (which becomes a real friendship!) throughout the process. -

Casey was wonderful!! We chose the day of package for our wedding and it was the perfect package for us. We really wanted someone to help ease with the coordination of vendors, flow of the day, timelines, and set up on the day of. Casey did just that! We were able to have a stress free morning getting ready while she worked at making our vision come to life! I do not have the words to adequately express my gratitude and thanks to Casey Lee-Pitman of The Moment by Casey. From the onset (meeting her as our tour guide) at The Dresser Mansion back in June 2021, I felt Casey was a God-send. I felt she was kind, thoughtful, professional, knowledgable, and friendly. I thought she was a great guide to the history and knowledge of the Dresser Mansion (which would also become our venue location) she also was very helpful and patient taking all my questions, as the prospective new bride! When we finally did hire her our experience was wonderful. Casey is attentive and communicative, she is great at her knowledge and understanding of her industry, suppliers, and other vendors. She made some if not all the recommendations for vendors who I can not express were ALL SUPERB. Not one did I have an issue with. Not one did I receive feedback from guests for a poor or lacking experience. They all were exceptional.
The day of the wedding (for me the bride) was wonderful. I can only say because Casey was at the helm. She was amazing to decorate with our personalized touches and decorate with the vendors, she was amazing at managing and handling the timeline and personnel. She was excellent at managing bridal party personalities and keeping everything on track. At the end of the evening, everything was closed up nicely with a bow! I didn't have a worry to mind. But I knew with the close of the evening our months-long correspondence would come to an end. She really is a remarkable planner. I received many compliments from my guests about her work. I appreciate all her experience, expertise, time, energy, and kindness. She was a great wedding planner. Can not recommend her more highly or enough! -

Casey is honestly an overall amazing person. She has been understanding, kind, informative and flexible with our family the entire process. I genuinely appreciate her so much. Our guests and bridal party had nothing but kind and appreciative things to say about her during the wedding and she helped us avoid so many crises. I don't think that I can sing her praises enough. Everyone said it was the most organized and beautiful wedding they had ever been to, and it would've been even better had I been more organized and methodical in my own responsibilities! HAHA! She made me genuinely appreciate the whole entire career more and really be thankful for her expertise and she definitely deserves more awards. Long story short: everything would've been a disaster without her, and you need her to coordinate your wedding. -

Maid of Honor's Perspective
My sister hired Casey for her dream wedding, it was the best choice she could have possibly made. Casey worked with her every step of the way to make her vision come to life, and the wedding was STUNNING beyond words. My sister has excellent taste, and can be particular about details. Casey met and exceeded expectations, then showed up to the wedding itself with an assistant, an itinerary, and boundless energy. There is no way we could have pulled off my sister's dream wedding without Casey!!!! -

I can not recommend the Moment by Casey enough. From start to finish, the wedding planning process was 10000000X easier with Casey by my side. After our first meeting together I knew I wanted her help with this wedding. I can not say it enough, if you are having a wedding and contemplating if a planner is needed; TRUST, ME IT IS.Casey made things so easy, even in an unexpected snow polar vortex storm. Casey went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smooth and as perfect as it did. Casey thank you so much for helping make the best day of our lives possible. I am so thankful I was referred to the not only the best wedding planner/day of coordinator, but also made a new friend along the way. You are amazing at what you do❤️ -

HOLY SMOKES! Casey was honestly a dream come true when it came to wedding coordination!
I tend to be a little bit controlling (whoops), so I had 95% of my wedding already planned, but I could not have completed it without Casey! She was incredible at communicating and being flexible with me...which could prove to be difficult since I work full time and have a 3 year old step daughter! She was so creative, fun, and personable throughout the whole process; including, but certainly not limited to the day of! She really helped me calm down and took charge on my wedding day so my girls and I could focus on getting ready and having fun, and we for sure did just that!
I could not recommend any of my other vendors more than her (well, almost hehe)! She is patient, kind, and knows exactly what she is doing! If you are looking for all of the above, then this is your gal! -

Casey is well worth it
Casey is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure the day was smooth and perfect. She packed my decor for me and it was organized back in my boxes, which made it so easy for me to go through after the fact. She was always there to listen if you had concerns or anything that may of came up. She was so kind and continued to ask through the night if we needed anything at all. She helped with placement of my decorations and arch decor, which was flawless. I would recommend her services to anyone. Well worth the extra money to have someone make your day STRESS free. -

Casey was the best choice for day of coordination for our wedding, and she is such a lovely person to be around. Myself and all of my family truly enjoyed working with her.
From our first conversation, I was highly impressed with her organization and attention to detail, but also with her calming aura that came through on the call. She carefully walked me through all the items I would have otherwise forgotten, made great vendor recommendations when others fell through, and was always very responsive via text or email when I needed to bounce ideas for final details.
The day of our wedding, there was not one thing I had to worry about. Casey did an excellent job of getting everyone where they needed and making sure everything was in place. She was always right there if we needed something, while making everything run flawlessly. If you are looking for someone to take all the stress out of you wedding day, she is your girl! -

Casey was amazing! She planned our wedding and honeymoon. Our wedding was kind of complicated with a lot of moving parts, and the venue flooded a little over the week before the wedding and we couldn’t use it which added extra craziness, but Casey handled it like it was nothing! In the beginning she helped me find some of my vendors, and the closer it got the more she took over which was a huge relief. Also, all of her lists and super detailed timelines made my planning and organizing heart happy😅. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! I don’t think we would have made it through or at least not even close to as smoothly without her😊 -

Wedding coordinator
Casey is the absolute best! She not only made sure our big day went smoothly, she also planned out our amazing honeymoon. If you go with Casey you will not regret it. She made sure everything’s was set up perfectly before and during the big day. She called all of my vendors and arranged the times so it all went smoothly. She did everything so all I had to worry about was spending time with my friends and family getting ready. I would without a doubt recommend her to everyone I know! -

Amy Sent on 07/25/2018I wanted someone who would help a month before the wedding to help finalize with all of my vendors, and someone there for the big day just to make sure all of my hard work in planning ran smoothly. Casey was an absolute blessing to have through that process! She met with me several times and would check in with me months prior to my wedding to make sure I was doing okay and didn’t need assistance. Her pricing is incredibly reasonable as well. We had several hiccups the day of wedding and she smoothed everything out where no one ever knew what was going on, a few things I didn't even realize till after the wedding. I showed her and her assistant one time where the decorations belonged and a few hours later came out of my bridal room with everything in its exact place. I feel like I got so much more personal service than what I paid for. I so happy I had her help through the process, it gave me an ease of mind which every bride should have. I would recommend her for any event. She is very good in time management, has great ideas, fun personality, and I only had to tell her things once and it was completed. You will not go wrong using The Moment By Casey as a Event Coordinator!

Casey was great to work with! She is so kind and listened to every idea we threw her way while assisting with a lot of day-of organization. She was very flexible the day of and allowed us to shift things last second. She was very helpful on our honeymoon and helped us plan the best excursions!
