There are both indoor and outdoor settings that can be used for events at this locale. When you walk through the front doors of The Modern Castle, you are greeted by a towering staircase and gold leaf ceilings. This space was designed for entertaining. On the first floor, there is a kitchen and dining area that leads into a spacious formal living room. Here, the ceilings soar up to 35 feet, and there is an 85-inch flatscreen TV surrounded by windows. You can view and access the heated pool, waterway, and private two-level greenhouse from here. The kitchen also has a butler's kitchen and pantry. Inside the venue, you will also find a furnished sports bar with views of the gardens, a wine cellar, and eight ensuite bedrooms. Elevators are present in the venue to make it easier to access the bedrooms on various floors.
