I went to a couple of events these guys DJ'd before. When I got married my wife left it up to me to figure out the music. I got quotes from a few guys, but the Mix DJs were who I was the most comfortable with having enjoyed their entertainment before. I'm glad I went with them! I thought they did a good job before, these guys killed it at the wedding! We went over some songs we wanted and didn't and all that, but they really impressed me with their mixing skills and unique song selections based off our tastes and wants. All I can say is highly recommend. They really added to the reception and everyone had a ton of fun. I was really impressed. Prices were reasonable too. Love'd 'em!

I hired this DJ company for my wedding and it was a great decision. I had a relatively small wedding, and they were very reasonable with our budget. The DJ was very professional, and showed up early to set up. He called to make sure he knew the type of music we wanted, and still took song requests during the event. The mixes were very good and he mixed very well. The pricing was reasonable, not like other DJs that rip you off. I recommend this DJ company to anyone having any type of party.

When my DJ cancelled on me a month before my wedding - A good friend recommended The MiX DJs and it was the best decision I have ever made. They went through the music we wanted to have played at the wedding - the do and don't play list, and had the best mix of music all night. They served as amazing MCs - introducing us and our wedding party with awesome energy and kept the order of the night rolling smoothly. Everyone loved them from our coordinator to our guests. They had everyone on their feet dancing until the end of the night. Who would have thought that our DJ cancelling on us would actually be a blessing - The Mix DJs truly helped make our special day even more amazing! I will definitely be hiring them again.

Emil was awesome! He made my friend Giselle's wedding so special for her. He even made her a special mix for a couple of dances she performed with the groom then her father! It totally made the night!!

Terrible experience

Extremely unpleasant experience with this company, hired their DJ services for a wedding this previous weekend and everything went wrong. After asking the DJ several times to run through the ceremony songs and times with me prior to starting, he answered every time with "I have the Spotify I have the list" to no surprises he completely messed up the brides entrance and then the first dance song which we specifically asked him to cut to a certain part and he played it entirely. To add on to our experience multiple songs on our "must play list" were never played and each time we approached the DJ the response was "we still have 3 hours" it wasn't until the last hour of our party that the DJ decided to tell us he did not have wifi ... this is something we could have easily fixed also something we offered before the beginning of the party. All the DJ seemed to know to say to our guests, bride and groom when they had a request was "I have a contract you signed" a contract that also included specific instructions from the bride and groom of the songs that were essential to be played and he didn't seem to care about that then. Not to mention that at one point he completely stopped the music when switching songs.... the party ended with one of our guests connecting their phones .. quite ridiculous considering the amount of money they charge.
