Built in 1907 by Governer Martin Glynn as a weekend retreat. This Tuscan style Villa is the perfect estate to host your dream wedding or special event. The Mansion can hold up-to 180 guests indoors for a sit down event and over 400 tented outside. Please contact us to assist with your event. Family owned and operated since 2004. To allow our families to add their special touches we only do one wedding each weekend. You have acess by appointment the day before and access the day after for pick up. Our 2024 facility fee is $5900. Please reach out to (518)330-1286 to set up a visit to our beautiful historic Mansion.

Sweet sixteen

Had my granddaughter’s sweet sixteen at the Mansion at Cedar Hill. The owners Danielle and Brian were wonderful! They helped guide me every step of the way. They were kind, thorough, professional and very hands on the entire time that day to ensure everything was perfect. The event turned out amazing due to this beautiful venue and these amazing people. I highly recommend to anyone.

10/10 would recommend!

Brian was super easy to work with and was more than accommodating with our wedding. Helped us with anything we needed and made our special day perfect. Beautiful place and good vibes. Will post pictures when we get them.

Dream Come True

Seriously cannot say enough about Brian & Danielle Kelly, and their family at The Mansion at Cedar Hill. On top of being available and flexible, helping me score some decor, and having such a beautiful and reasonably priced venue, they were such amazing human beings! Without Brian we would have never met our amazing caterers or watched our dream wedding come to life. Any questions I had, or help needed Brian was always there! The grounds are beautiful, the venue itself is beautiful, and working with them was such a pleasure!

Can't recommend this venue enough!

Not only is the venue beautiful and different from other venues in the area, the owner Brian was the best throughout our experience. I probably wouldn't have made it through the wedding planning without him. He was essentially on call for me months leading up to the wedding and there to answer any questions I had and made me feel as if I was his only client the entire time (even though I know I wasn't). I tell anyone who I know that is planning a wedding or another big event about the Mansion at Cedar Hill because the experience is like none other.

Accessible and grand

Brian and Danielle were the perfect hosts to our daughter's wedding. They were there for us at every turn for anything we needed. The best part was that we had the venue for the entire weekend which made it much easier for me as the MOB, MOH, wedding planner and florist. I was able to go the day before to set some things up and go the day after to pick up all of my glassware.

Best day ever!

Having our wedding at The Mansion at Cedar Hill was the best decision we ever made! Immediately after Danielle and Brian gave us the tour I wanted to book our date right away. The grounds are amazing if you want to incorporate the outdoors into your wedding like I did and the mansion itself is beyond beautiful. It has SO much character and charm, more than I could have ever hoped to find in a wedding venue.

Danielle and Brian kept in contact with us throughout the entire process leading up to the wedding, checking in and answering all of our questions (I had a ton). Danielle helped me incorporate a bunch of the decor they have on hand in a beautiful way which I was so thankful for.

The day of, they were both so hands on - Brian working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly and Danielle making sure I always had food (very important to me haha) and even getting a stain out of my dress. Any time I needed anything at all she was right there by my side.

We received the most compliments on the venue itself. Everyone was amazed a place so beautiful existed so close to Albany that had so much to offer. Me and my husband tried going around table to table but nobody was in their seats! They were either on the dance floor, hanging out by the fire out front, in the ballroom chatting or sitting on the patio. It really provides something for everyone.

We had the best wedding day possible and we attribute so much of it to Danielle and Brian and The Mansion at Cedar Hill. I highly recommend anyone looking for something different with character, old world romance and beauty and charm to book a tour and see for yourself. It is truly amazing!

Perfection! This was my 3rd (and last) wedding for my children. With the help of our awesome event planner, Michelle of Intuitions, we found this hidden gem tucked away in Selkirk. We were looking for old world elegance and boy did we find it. We also found a very caring and helpful “team” - Danielle & Brian, the owners. They were very accommodating and open to anything we wanted to do. They have a wealth of wedding/event knowledge and are eager to help create any vision. I am still getting comments on how beautiful the venue was. I can honestly say, my last wedding was perfection.

We were married at The Mansion on June 24th, 2017. We could not be happier! Danielle and Brian were on top of everything, from the little details to day-of logistics. This was especially useful as we approached "the big day." We were stressed about so many other things, it was great to know we had a strong team in our corner. I especially loved the little texts Danielle would send leading up to the wedding, which included classy touches the venue could provide to help bring our vision to life, but with no extra cost to us!
This venue is perfect for the creative, easy-going bride and groom. We had a blast and we'll be recommending this special place to future couples!

We had the most perfect weekend wedding. Danielle and Brian were by far the best people you could ask for on your wedding day. They know exactly what to do to make your day amazing. Danielle took pictures for me of little moments I missed at the rehearsal dinner and candid shots for us, which with social media being a big deal it was great for her to text them right over to me and all my bridesmaids. Little things like that were just amazing they truly go above and beyond. On my wedding night they were great making sure all the brides maids were perfectly comfortable. Also that the wedding party didn't miss cocktail hour which traditionally happens with pictures etc. almost a month later Danielle sent me a beautiful picture that she had taken on my wedding day. It just shows me they truly love what they do. The venue it's self is beautiful, we had so many compliments and the pictures came out like something from a magazine. We couldn't have had a more perfect day, thank you so much to Brian and Danielle!!
