Sandra is the best!

Without Sandra, the day would not have gone as smooth as it did. She always responded to all my questions and made sure that we were happy with the schedule. She was also incredibly sweet! You can tell she’s been doing this for a long time because she understood what I wanted right away. She’s the absolute best! I recommend her to all my friends that asked who my wedding planner was.

Made Our Big Day Stress-Free

We truly loved working with Sandra! She was incredibly helpful whenever we were unsure about specific details, offering thoughtful guidance on what would flow best and ultimately make the process easier for us. Her pricing was very fair and affordable, which made the entire experience even better. As our big day approached, she kept us on track by reminding us of the small but important details we might have otherwise overlooked. Sandra was always professional, punctual, and supportive. Perfect Destination Wedding

Sandra was truly the best wedding planner we could have asked for. We had a destination wedding in Cabo, Mexico, and everything turned out absolutely perfect thanks to her.

She helped us with every step of the process, from choosing the venue and vendors to coordinating travel details for our friends and family, as well as helping with the seating chart, overall layout, and wedding design and decor. It was clear she was incredibly experienced and knew exactly what she was doing, which meant we barely had any stress at all. Her communication, negotiation skills, and overall expertise were top notch.

She also guided us through our Vietnamese and Chinese tea ceremony, which we knew very little about, and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout.

We also worked with their DJ, DJ M-Cue, and he was amazing. We shared our favorite artists and a few mixes, and he took it from there. He set the exact tone we wanted for our entire wedding weekend and was the perfect MC as well.

We couldn’t be happier with how our wedding turned out. Our family and friends had an amazing time as well, and it was all thanks to The Majestic Wedding. Highly recommend!

Sandra was Amazing!

We hired Sandra for day-of coordination, and she was absolutely spectacular. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive and patient, answering the many questions we had during the planning process with confidence and clarity.

Where Sandra truly shined was on the day of the wedding. You can immediately tell she has extensive experience coordinating weddings — she knew exactly where we needed to be, when to move, and how to keep everything running smoothly without ever making it feel rushed or stressful. Her guidance was calm, clear, and reassuring throughout the entire day.

Because of Sandra, we felt completely at ease and were able to fully enjoy our wedding without any stress, which is exactly why we hired a planner in the first place. Trusting her was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We can’t recommend Sandra highly enough — she was truly amazing.

Amazing Wedding Coordination!!

We had wanted a day of wedding coordinator and Majestic Wedding delivered with amazing service! Sandra came in a month prior to the wedding to get all the information about our wedding and worked in the background to organize and finish up the rest of the planning. It really took the weight off my shoulders. Cindy was amazing on site during the wedding. She really made sure the wedding went accordingly to plan, even when things came up or something changed. Our wedding was everything we wished for and they made sure of it. I appreciate all their time and hard work and I cannot recommend them enough!

The Answer is Yes!

A little background about me: I’ve been part of three weddings where Sandra has been the planner and day of coordinator, and two weddings where Martin was the emcee and DJ. All recommended through word of mouth because they’re that good!

As someone who was part of the bridal party, Sandra not only tends and caters to the bride and groom, but is also attentive to the rest of the wedding party. Sandra came prepared with an arsenal of items for whatever obstacles came our way, helped us steam our dresses, answered our questions, and still managed to make sure the day ran smoothly. Sandra is extremely organized and professional and would hire her for my future needs!

Martin has been the best DJ I’ve encountered at an event, and I know I will always have a great time when he’s playing! The music is always great, and he goes above and beyond every time! Even with a physical injury, he still came through and gave it 100%.

A Wedding Coordinator is a Must!

A wedding coordinator is a must-even if its just a day of coordinator. I opted for the day of coordinator service because I already knew what vendors I wanted and booked them myself. I really just needed help ensuring I had everything and coordinating the actual event from someone experienced so my husband, me, and my bridal party could enjoy the day. Working with Sandra was great. She was prepared and organized and answered all my questions at our first meeting. Leading up to the wedding she was available by text and phone and recommended vendors for some of the services I hadn't yet booked. She helped with finalizing contracts and setting up a complied document with all the wedding information in one place, helped guide me with creating an itinerary, and ensuring final details were in place. On the day of our wedding, Sandra communicated with all my vendors and the day ran smoothly without me having to worry about a thing. I'm so grateful for her services!

You won't regret choosing The Majestic Wedding!

As a control-freak and a perfectionist, I can confidently say that Sandra exceeded any expectations I had for a wedding planner and coordinator. She made our wedding planning experience seamless and successful, and choosing her was easily one of the best decisions we made for our special day. You won't regret choosing Sandra.

Sandra traveled with us to take our multi-day engagement photoshoot out in the mountains. She watched over my personal items, helped me change in and out of shoes, and figured out the best route to trek around rocks and uneven ground before I had to in heels. She even held onto a blanket and a jacket for me to use to warm up between each photo shoot location. This made taking photos in a dress and heels where it's only 30 degrees out in the mountains so much more bearable.

I can't tell you how many times I reached out to Sandra throughout the wedding process. I had an unexpected situation happen with a vendor, and Sandra helped me find a new vendor that could bring my vision to life. She also provided great recommendations for other vendors and helped facilitate ordering from them with such ease. I probably asked her about 300 questions and raised another 200 concerns, but Sandra was always so timely and patient with me every time.

There is not a price you can put on Sandra's expertise and knowledge of the wedding business. It's easy to remember the big things, but there are so many little things you forget to think about. Sandra provided a great guide to follow during the last two months of wedding planning. As detailed-oriented as I am, I can tell you were were a handful of things I did not think about that ended up being very important to me on the big day. She also coordinated with all of my vendors the week before the wedding to make sure we were all aligned on our schedule and expectations.

The day of the wedding was stress-free, which allowed me to truly enjoy the entire day and be present. Sandra kept us on schedule and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect. I expressed every big and small detail that was very important to me, and she executed every single one perfectly. My mom and bridesmaids all raved about Sandra and agreed that she is one of the main reasons why the wedding went by so smoothly. 100/10 would recommend her!

Best wedding coordinator in Houston

If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. When I got engaged and started planning. Sandra was the first person, I reached out to and booked. Our date was a very popular one, and Sandra had already committed to a wedding. However, fortunately, she has expanded her team and we had Cindy as our day of coordinator.

Sandra did all the leg work leading up to our day—she was our day of coordinator but she truly went above and beyond to ensure our process was smooth and I had everything I needed to pull off our special event. She was my sounding board, when I had concerns, and spoke to all the other vendors leading up to the day as well as the venue staff. I had a fairly specific vision of the day but felt at ease knowing Sandra and Cindy were there to pull it off. She walked me through complicated logistics and helped me navigate challenging situations. Her direct and kind demeanor as well as her experience in the wedding space is evident and much appreciated.

Cindy, was there for our actual day of coordination and was a pleasure to work with. She came bright and early and helped wrangle all important parties together. She kept us on schedule through a long day. Our wedding day, (much like many others—I’m sure), came with its own set of chaos. From family members throwing off schedules to my fiancé getting terrible motion sickness, Cindy handled it with grace and patience. Even through all the turn of events—she ensured I did all the items that were most important to me and made them a priority.

Sandra and her team, made this day so special and despite the uncontrolled factors, we’d do it again if they were part of our team!
