Best wedding coordinator in Houston

If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. When I got engaged and started planning. Sandra was the first person, I reached out to and booked. Our date was a very popular one, and Sandra had already committed to a wedding. However, fortunately, she has expanded her team and we had Cindy as our day of coordinator.

Sandra did all the leg work leading up to our day—she was our day of coordinator but she truly went above and beyond to ensure our process was smooth and I had everything I needed to pull off our special event. She was my sounding board, when I had concerns, and spoke to all the other vendors leading up to the day as well as the venue staff. I had a fairly specific vision of the day but felt at ease knowing Sandra and Cindy were there to pull it off. She walked me through complicated logistics and helped me navigate challenging situations. Her direct and kind demeanor as well as her experience in the wedding space is evident and much appreciated.

Cindy, was there for our actual day of coordination and was a pleasure to work with. She came bright and early and helped wrangle all important parties together. She kept us on schedule through a long day. Our wedding day, (much like many others—I’m sure), came with its own set of chaos. From family members throwing off schedules to my fiancé getting terrible motion sickness, Cindy handled it with grace and patience. Even through all the turn of events—she ensured I did all the items that were most important to me and made them a priority.

Sandra and her team, made this day so special and despite the uncontrolled factors, we’d do it again if they were part of our team!

Sandra is the best!

Sandra with Majestic Wedding was such a vital portion of our wedding team. Although I had her as a day-of-coordinator, she helped me throughout the whole planning process.

She gave me great recommendations for different vendors, in fact I found my cake vendor through Sandra. She knows of these small secret vendors that were not only affordable but did phenomenal work. Sandra is extremely organized. She ensured we covered all topics and details, things that I would’ve never thought of to make sure everything was to my liking and accounted for. She gave me schedules to guide the monthly countdown, check lists so I didn’t forget things to pack. She set up a Google doc so we could be in constant communication with each other so we could keep up with any changes that inevitably would happen as the day approached. She gathered all my vendor contacts and reached out to them for me closer to the day of. She even coordinated with our photographer to meet with us at the same time I was going to meet with her (saving the bride any time, especially during the chaos of crunch time was SO important and vital for my mental well-being). She visited my venue walk-through with me and also helped guide my conversation with the venue coordinators. I felt like she was always my number one advocate, making sure I got everything I wanted. She was like the perfect bridesmaid or MOH in that regard- always prioritizing the bride's happiness.

And that just covers what happened PRIOR to the day of. On the actual wedding day, she showed up bright and early, rallied the troops, and we were off to the races. Everything went according to the timeline. She handled my crazy mother and all her requests. She guided people through the tea ceremony and made sure nothing was left at the tea ceremony when we moved to the church. At the church, she distributed the flowers to the bridal party and family members. Although we were late to the church due to transportation reasons, she was able to ensure I was still able to do all the things I wanted to - first touch with the groom, gifts to the mothers, etc. She arranged the bridal party in line and sent us down the aisle. After the ceremony, we ran into a hiccup with the florist but she made sure I didn’t worry about a thing. The reception was beautiful, the night ran wonderfully. And this only encompasses the things I know she did and I am sure there was SO much more behind the scenes I could not thank her enough for.

All in all, having Sandra was one of the best additions to my wedding team. To be frank, she was the glue that held everything and everyone together. She was able to coordinate multiple personalities and create something beautiful - making the bride extremely happy. Thank you Sandra for everything. Do yourself a favor, and add her to your team.

Best quality service ever!

Hiring Sandra as our wedding coordinator was the best decision ever. Whoever said wedding coordinators are an unnecessary expense have never gotten married in a wedding with a 400 count guest list. Did everything to ensure our our stress and anxiety levels were in check and that everything was executed smoothly. I'd recommend them many times over. She was worth every penny.... and then some.
