About

The M Building is a unique event space. Formerly a 1950 manufacturing warehouse, the building has been impeccable restored by award-wining architect Chadam Missian with attention to detail. The distinctive property is in the heart of Wynwood Art District, adjacent to the Miami Design District.

The 12,000 square feet, two-story structure comprise of five event spaces, formal living spaces, and a tropical garden for spectacular outdoor entertaining. In addition, The M Building offers a covered terrace and elegant garden areas.

This tropical modernist structure offers a unique setting for wedding receptions

    This venue was my dream come true!! All I wanted was the party to feel like if you were in a secret garden- and The M Building is the perfect setting for that.

    The garden is lush and green and lit up the right way- its enchanting!
    Their gallery spaces are versatile and they come with artwork, giving the space so much character. The mosaic staircase is great for photos!!

    A plus of this place is that they have a bunch of furniture that can be used for the event- helping out with rental prices ; )
