The Lofts at Prince is located in SoHo, at 177 Prince Street. Our space offers the amenities of a high-end Midtown event space in a neighborhood immersed in culture, fine dining and artistic expression. We truly have one of the best views in Manhattan, including views of The Freedom Tower and The Empire State Building. We pride ourselves in providing you with a unique space and exceptional service every step of the way.

Our motto is simple: We set-up, we clean-up and we break down. Since we are a raw event space we allow you the ability to customize your event and provide you with all of the essentials to avoid having to rent out things like chairs, tables, and furniture. We promote creativity and look forward to having you make our space your own.

The Lofts at Prince is comprised of 3 units- The SoHo Meet, The SoHo Loft and The Penthouse Six & Roof Garden. You can rent out one floor - or add on an additional event space to your rental to create an exceptional & unique experience. For example: You can choose to have a seated dinner in The SoHo Loft and later have your guests come up to The Penthouse Six and The Roof Garden for a reception.

If you require any assistance with event planning, day-of-event coordination, decor, catering, photography or any event related services, we pride ourselves in working with amazing vendors who provide quality service and will look out for you! If you would prefer to bring in outside vendors, we would be happy to accommodate you.
