Our completely off-grid venue has 54 acres of breathtaking scenery, exposed ledge, rock walls, several manicured flower gardens, two miles of private walking trails, along with stunning views of Dyer Long Pond and the lush forest and farmland surrounding this very private escape. Our charming, authentic Maine barn is 936 square feet and can hold up to 69 guests (max 78). Just 25 minutes from Augusta or the coast, The Land has all the privacy without having to drive for hours.
