Our property is situated on over 140 acres of scenic farmland at the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. Our post-and-beam Granary offers warm elegance, with 4,000 square feet of indoor entertaining space to accommodate your guests. The 2,000-square-foot covered veranda overlooks our scenic lake with sweeping mountain views. In the evening, guests can relax in Adirondack chairs by our hand-forged kettle-style fire pit.

The Lake at Willow Oaks is conveniently located minutes from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Knoxville and Maryville. We are a third generation family owned and operated working farm. Our stunning Granary includes a bridal suite with four vanity stations and private restroom, (our grooms quarters are on the farm close to our barn) a prep kitchen for caterers to plate dinner, an entertaining space that can accommodate up to 200 guests for a sit down dinner with plenty of room to dance the night away and a covered outdoor patio that can be used for cocktail hour or simply to enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views.
