I always saw their strange commercials on TV and I was shocked to hear that that is where my husband bought my engagement ring. He was thrilled with the price, selection, and the services they offered. When it was time to buy our wedding bands I looked at their website (it's sort of a far drive for us to get there). I quickly found the eternity band that I was looking for and it was only $99! That's when I decided that I should get two, one for each side of the engagement ring.

When we got there, I asked to try on an enhancer band too since that what I had wanted when we fist got engaged (which was four years ago). I loved the way that looked too. Then, just for fun, I put on an eternity band, then the enhancer, then my engagement ring, and then the other eternity band. Let me just say WOW!!! I loved this look and the prices were really good so we were able to get all three bands. If you are looking for a good deal, make the trip to the Jewlery Factory in Norristown.

Sadly rude and unresponsive

Rude on two occasions of interaction.
Stone set poorly, shaft uneven and flopping to the left. Prongs are too big and crooked

My husband bought my engagment ring from here. He says they were wonderful helping him pick that ring and promised they had lots of platinum bands to match when we were ready to buy my wedding ring. That's where everything went downhill. When we went back to look at wedding bands they had nothing that was even close to matching my ring. I told them that I am allergic to the nickel in white gold and was trying to match my engagment ring. The salesman kept showing me yellow gold bands. After asking to see platinum bands 5 times I walked over to them to look myself. I found one I liked and the salesman said "Oh no, I don't think you would be comfortable with the price of that ring". When I saw the price tag, it was exactly what we were planning to spend on a ring. We were pretty offended. The salesmen then proceeded to ask how old we were because he didn't think we looked old enough to get married. Not that it matters but we are 24 and 25! At that point we had heard enough and left the store. Needless to say, we will not being going back there.
