When we went in to find a wedding band to go with it, they were very helpful and had one that matched perfectly. We got a lot of very helpful information for mens' wedding bands and the various materials they are created from now that allowed us to make a well-informed decision on his band. When I went in to get my ring polished for the wedding, Angelica even knew who I was, despite only meeting her one time prior. We both love supporting local small businesses, so this was the perfect jeweler for us. I can't wait to buy more pieces from them in the future.

My husband already had knowledge of this place since he's been buying me jewelry from here for years and worked with Joe to design my engagement ring with his grandmother's diamond. Both of my bands were from Coast and I'm very pleased with my rings. The designs are so intricate yet delicate and beautiful. I'd never be able to find something like them at a chain store. My husband had his parents original wedding bands melted together to make his band. They did such a beautiful job on it with the hammered detailing. The quality is outstanding, the staff is beyond knowledgable, and they're friendly as well. Some complain that they're more expensive then other jewelers in the area, but you get what you pay for. As a side note, they also have some of the best darn pearl necklaces in the area. I have two and they're my far my favorite.

Theses guys were great, I was having trouble finding a wedding band that complimented my engagement ring. I had them make me one, it's perfect! Just what I wanted, and very fast service.

Very disappointed with this place. My wedding ring was not in on time for my wedding since apparently they send rings overseas to get sized and when we got upset about it, they blamed us for not reminding them of our wedding date. They also got very frustrated with us when we came in to finally pick up my wedding ring and brought up how disappointed we were and a man came out of the back and became aggressive and made us very uncomfortable so we left. Needless to say, the ring is pretty, but that kind of customer service is alarming. If they mess up, they are very confrontational and it's not worth it. We had recommended this place to two couples for there engagement rings and thank goodness we stopped them from making a huge mistake.
