Michelle and Victoria were absolutely wonderful! Most of my communication was with Michelle, and she made the entire process so easy and reassuring. As someone who had never gotten professional hair and makeup done before, she answered every question and helped figure out the perfect schedule for my bridesmaids, my mom, mother-in-law, and grandma and I.

Scheduling a bridal trial with Michelle was one of the best decisions I made. I gave her a few inspiration photos, and she completely knocked it out of the park. Only minor adjustments were needed for the day of, and she somehow made both my hair and makeup look even better on the wedding day.

Everyone getting ready with me received at least one service, and although many of us were a little nervous going into it, every single person loved the look that Michelle or Victoria created. They are so talented, kind, and incredibly punctual, keeping everything right on schedule from early morning through the afternoon. They also brought such fun, calming energy to the room, making the whole morning feel relaxed and enjoyable.

I had the most perfect experience with Victoria for my wedding hair and makeup, and I highly recommend the Hair Concierge! We used the trial to experiment a bit and figure out the perfect look together, and I didn’t feel pressured at all. My hair and makeup came out perfect on my wedding day and stayed put ALL NIGHT, even after a ton of dancing. I have gotten many compliments on my hair since my wedding 6 months ago - everyone agrees it was gorgeous! I also loved that Victoria came to my wedding venue just for me, my mom, and my sister - I didn’t have a big bridal party. My sister recently recovered from breast cancer, and the way Victoria made her feel beautiful and happy with her look was one of the highlights of my wedding day. The whole process and outcome was a dream. And all the payments were through Venmo, which was super easy!

My wedding day went so smoothly. My hair and makeup lasted all day! Their timeline runs perfectly. We had two stylist for 8 of us and we were all so happy! I recommend them over and over again.

My trial went great and I really felt I was listened too, and adjustments were made during the trial that were carried out on my wedding day. The Hair Concierge was the DREAM glam team! I knew early on that I wanted to keep my hair curly for my wedding and scoured the internet to find a team who could do that justice. The moment I met Michelle I knew I was taken care of. I wanted to still be myself but a bit glammed up, and wow did she deliver. Almost 2 months later, my whole bridal party STILL talks about how great they FELT as well as looked! They were amazing. Every one of my girls looked FLAWLESS with makeup and their hair was perfect! It lasted all night for everyone between all the dancing and sweating!

I loved having the hair concierge do my wedding makeup and hair! They were super responsive to all of my questions, including how I should color my hair leading up to the day, what hair extensions to get, helping me try out different hair pins to find the right one.

I was so happy with the experience of the hair trial as well as the final result on the wedding day! They ran ahead of schedule on the day of so that kept everything very stress free! I also liked that they didn't have minimums of how many people needed to get hair and makeup since my bridesmaids were only getting their hair done.
