While there are a number of traditional wedding officiants throughout the area, Reverend Terry Burke of Groovy Wedding Company seeks to offer something more memorable. His services are ideal for couples who want a wedding that is unique.
Services Offered
The Groovy Wedding Company offers affordable and non-traditional ceremonies at most locations within a 45-mile radius of Pigeon Forge. Examples include: Handfasting Ceremonies, steampunk and biker themes and weddings hosted at rental cabins and outdoors. Reverend Terry B. can also officiate vow renewals. He can come to your wedding in full costume to fit your wedding theme and can likewise dress in attire suited for casual, formal, or semi-formal ceremonies. Before your wedding, Reverend Terry B. works with you to customize your ideal ceremony. He can accommodate short weddings and elopements as well. In addition, he offers wedding photography packages to capture the special moments as you say “I do”.

TN Wedding for SC Couple

We were not sure about a venue for our wedding since we are not from TN. Rev. Terry suggested a venue and it was perfect. Rev. Terry and Miss Donna are two of the nicest people you could ever meet and so easy to talk with. They both were so helpful in providing ideas for pictures. Everything was perfect and we would highly recommend The Groovy Wedding Company!

The Perfect Wedding

The Groovy Wedding company, Reverend Terry and Miss Donna are awesome! Knowing we wanted a Halloween wedding in the Smokies, but not knowing where to start, we were lucky to find the Groovy Wedding Company. Reverend Terry took over with recommendations on venues and the knowledge of Tennessee weddings. He recommended a venue which we chose, but just a week before our wedding, the venue closed. No worries, Reverend Terry had a perfect backup for us.
The location he recommended and our Halloween wedding that my new wife had always dreamed about was perfect.
Thank you, Reverend Terry and Miss Donna for the perfect wedding and beautiful pictures.

Foothills Parkway East Overlook #2

Terry and Miss Donna did a wonderful job ensuring that our wedding was everything that we wanted it to be. They were very gracious in waiting for the groom who decided to take a detour to Foothills Parkway West, oops. Our pictures turned out wonderful and everyone said what a beautiful location.

The Groovy Wedding Company Is The Right Choice!

You're making the right choice picking The Groovy Wedding Company! Terry is professional, communicating and confirming from the time you reach out to the day of the wedding. Terry and Donna are happy and eager to customize to your special day. Terry chose a beautiful reading for our non-religious ceremony perfect for the setting and for us. Donna made a beautiful rope for our handfasting with great attention to detail matching our chosen theme. When they arrived to our wedding location and were introduced to our kids Donna and Terry immediately made a connection. Our kids genuinely enjoyed talking with them making our tiny, little wedding that much more special. We chose a basic option but The Groovy Wedding Company offers many themes and options and it's obvious how much they truly enjoy being able to do their part for each couple they work with.

Perfect Fairytale! 💍❤️

It was amazing day! The Groovy Wedding Company did a fantastic job at our wedding! They were the best! The wedding photos, we love them all, we can't even pick 1 to be our favorite photo because all of them are our favorites!

Best experience ever!

Due to a last minute cancellation, we were stuck without an officiant. Thankfully we found Terry and it couldn’t have been more perfect! Way better than what we previously expected from the other “officiant” who canceled. Great price, full of knowledge and the ceremony was beautiful.
