I really enjoyed working with The Formal Bloom! They made the ambiance of my wedding day beautiful and memorable. Everyone loved our reception hall and that was majorly because of the beautiful flower center pieces, The Formal Bloom created for me. It even smelled like fresh roses as soon as you entered in. That showed the quality of the flowers that The Formal Bloom used. Patricia was very flexible and offered a lot of ideas for centerpieces. She was a smart shoppen and I knew I was getting a good deal with her choices. I will definitely use her in the future for other occasions!

The flowers were very fresh and the arrangements were stunning and beautifully complimented the entire event. The flowers also lasted more than a week after the event. Working with The Formal Bloom was an honor and a blessing. Pat McQueen was patient, kind, helpful, and overall just wonderful with preparing me for my special day!

Exceptional Service; Mrs. Mcqueen came out and did the site review within a few days of my request for services. From the site review I received the necessary advice to proceed with the decorations. She made herself available to accommodate me at the site as often as was necessary to insure that everything was going to be in order for the wedding reception. This entailed at least 3 meetings prior to the early meeting with a work crew to oversee and/or do the decorations. This included the stage, tables, kitchen setup and all areas visible to the guest. The head table was ecceptionally beautiful and admired by all.

Also, Mrs. McQueen did several floor plans prior to any decorating and I selected the set up based on one of her plans. The floor plan included the areas for the bridal party, cake, gifts, dance floor, dj, etc. This was very helpful in assurance of a neat and orderly arrangement. All the above service was exceptional and highly recommended.

Mrs. McQueen was very responsive to my requests to meet a oversee the project of decorating for the wedding reception. She was available as needed before the wedding and the actual wedding day. She secured workers and was primarily responsible for the decorating that due to time restraints had to be done while the wedding was taking place at another location.

I was confident that all would go well because of the way things went under her supervision prior to the wedding day. Again, exceptional service was rendered.

Mrs. McQueen was very professional. Again, I would rate her exceptional for attitude and professionalism. I could appreciate her timeliness and disposition and willing attitude to assist as needed.

Mrs. Mcqueen was very flexible. As stated before, she was very flexible by adjusting her schedule to my needs. Also, she adjsuted preparations/decorations to my budget. Her flexibility was exceptional. I highly recommend her services in all areas cited above.

Ms. McQueen worked within my budget constraints. I could appreciate her loving kindness in also, supplying decorations for use from her surplus.

She was very patient with me and kind. She really put her creative thoughts into getting everything exactly how I wanted it and more!

I believe that flowers are very important in a wedding. Whenever i attend a wedding, if there's no flowers, i feel like there's something missing. That is why i have to make sure the flowers at my own wedding has to be the best. And The Formal Bloom had the best quality flowers yet the price was not all that cheap. The employees were a bit slow in processing my needs.
