I’ve always been a big fan of Mahoney’s Garden Center in Winchester, and when I was planning my wedding and found out they did wedding florals, I was intrigued. Out of all of the floral vendors I spoke to, they had the most competitive pricing, were the best communicators, and seemed to best understand my “vision” for the day. And wow did they deliver. The flowers could not have been any more perfect. We had so many guests ask where the florals were from or otherwise compliment them, and guests were clamoring to bring the centerpieces home at the end of the night. They were bright, fresh, arranged beautifully, and aligned exactly with the rest of the decor. I could not have been happier! Thank you to Rachel for being a great contact throughout the process, and Lisa for being the lead designer day of and executing this all beautifully. Thank you Mahoney’s!

We are very happy with the work that the Florist at Mahoney’s did at our wedding!

Mahoney’s was so flexible and patient throughout the planning process. We had in mind for our wedding lush greenery more than flowers, and yet we also needed bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces. Mahoney’s was a one-stop shop for us, working with us for plant rentals and florals. We even bought some furniture at Mahoney’s, and they agreed to deliver it along with the flowers and plant rentals on our wedding day. We had several meetings with Rachel Abbott before the wedding, who guided us through her plan with great professionalism. She reassured us that she understood our vision, and she really delivered!

On the day of the wedding, they delivered the florals and plants promptly and even arranged for a special pickup late after the wedding. They coordinated with our planner and everything went perfectly smoothly. We had moments, looking around on our wedding night, when we agreed that the plants and florals were more plentiful and beautiful than we’d hoped.

Working with Helen at the Florist department was such a wonderful experience!! She provided the most gorgeous flower bouquets and arrangements for my wedding, flowers for our wedding cake and ceremony flowers/arrangements. Helen, an artists like myself, shared my vision and truly understood what I was looking for. You could tell she was so excited and enjoys what she does. She was responsive to email and phone calls with additional changes as the day got closer. Helen was just a joy to work with and I was confident in leaving this big part in her hands. She provided such unique flowers as she had the garden centers variety of flowers to choose from and gave our venue life!

We used Rachel for the flowers and floral centerpieces for our wedding in October. I can't say enough positive about our experience working with her or about her amazing eye for flowers.

I had no idea what I wanted, I just had a general color palate. Rachel took my obscure ideas and made them into absolutely gorgeous artwork.

She is super easy to work with, knows her flowers inside and out, and replies to emails very promptly and professionally. We were so happy with our flowers for the wedding that I am also currently using her for centerpieces for a friends shower, and I know I will continue to use her artwork for years to come.

The quality of the service and the level of professionalism from Rachel was outstanding. We had a lot to worry about that day but one thing we didn't need to was the flowers. They thoroughly complimented our theme, and the variety of flowers used really made both the purple and lime pop. Their was no cheap filling used in our bouquets so I really felt we got a good deal on the pricing, and received something that was worth much more than we paid. We would definitely recommend Rachel for any event.

Rachel at Mahoney's Garden Center in North Chelmsford, MA was the florist for my wedding day and I could not have been happier with my decision to use her as my florist. Rachel was incredibly easy to work with; she replied to emails quickly and was always willing to meet me whenever I had a question. I had no idea what types of flowers I wanted so I could not easily articulate what I was looking for, but Rachel seemed to know exactly what I was envisioning. Rachel was extremely patient with me throughout the process and easily accommodated me whenever I changed my mind. I could not ask for a better florist. The flowers were absolutely perfect! From the centerpieces, to the bridal bouquets, to the alter pieces, Rachel created exactly what I was looking for and payed careful attention to details throughout the process. I highly recommend her!

Mahoney's Garden Center in Winchester, MA was an excellent and affordable option for a florist. They were reliable and attentive and seemed to care about giving us the best value. We had 220 people and 30 individual flower pieces for members of the wedding party/family. They were not pressuring and they were very adaptive.
