This room boasts vintage-style white vanities, draping chandeliers, and chic furnishings to usher in a dreamy atmosphere. The Farmhouse On 44 has many Whimsical areas to exchange your vows such as in front of numerous beautiful oak trees. There most popular area however is a beautiful cluster of trees that have formed a canopy to provide just the right amount of shade in the summer months but also give you a very romantic setting for your ceremony. After the I Do's your guest can make there way either to the open barn or cocktail HR area while the Bride & Groom take beautiful pictures on the breathtaking property. This impressive structure features exposed beams, glittering chandeliers, a built-in bar, and beautiful views of the grounds.

The Farmhouse on 44 offers comprehensive wedding packages that range in services depending on the day and size of your celebration. All packages include day of coordinator, two luxury air-conditioned restrooms, market lighting to create a romantic ambiance, parking attendent, beautiful bridal suite, coacktail HR area, and many other add on's. A fire pit is also available for gathering and socializing with loved ones late into the night. The venue also has a mini package ceremony and reception option for couples who are looking for a more intimate nuptials experience. This bundle comes with all the same services but with an 8pm end time, a weekday date, and a maximum of 30 guests.

I am writing this review for Faith Hubbard who is the Wedding Coordinator for this beautiful venue. I participated along with a friend in a goat yoga class that Faith instructs. It was my first time and I am so happy I did it! Faith was attentive and very professional. She made sure that first-timers in her class were comfortable. I strongly recommend that if you have not attended her goat yoga class, Do it! I'm sure it will be a great stress relief for the bride and groom! or anyone that wants to not only have fun but experience the unique opportunity! You will not be disappointed!

Professional, open communication, gorgeous property!
Wonderful venue made even better by the level of customer service and attention to detail. This family owned business exemplifies professionalism and care. Faith and her mom walked us through every step of throwing our dads 70th. Highly recommend.

Where do I even begin? The Farmhouse was the first venue we looked at and we knew it was the one right away. The Hubbards are the sweetest and most welcoming family! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. We didn't even need a backdrop because the scene was gorgeous enough. The hospitality of our coordinator, Faith, was beyond amazing-- she did an outstanding job. The barn is absolutely gorgeous! Every single one of our guests told us how much they loved the venue. It truly was a pleasure to have our wedding at the Farmhouse!
