Tiffany, Joey and team are absolutely incredible. They catered our wedding dinner and guests raved about the meal, many saying it was the best wedding dinner they've ever had. Our ceremony was at a private property and they had no problem figuring out the logistics to make that work. They worked with us to create a menu that we were really excited about and worked within our budget. They are unique in how seriously they take their sourcing, tailoring the menu to what's in season and purchasing as many ingredients as possible from local farmers. They also have their own bartenders and so we were able to work with them for all food service and bartending needs, which made coordination much easier than if we had been dealing with multiple vendors. The food was INCREDIBLE, the presentation was beautiful, and staff were all professional and friendly. I cannot recommend them more highly.

The Farmer and Chef was the perfect caterer for our wedding. Our guests are still raving about the food more than a year later. We opted for a family style dinner for 50 guests and the service, food selections, and overall experience was phenomenal. I can't recommend them enough.

I feel that Farmer and the Chef is the only real locally sourced, farm-to-table food I can find in Aspen. They are honest about their sourcing and ingredients. I have been a longtime fan of their food living in Aspen, as they used to cater to the Art Museum Rooftop Cafe. I then decided to work with them to cater my wedding last summer. 8 months later and I still have people telling me it was the best food they ever ate at a wedding. I had guests say that food was never good at weddings, and I couldn't wait to prove them wrong. Every single bite had the most unbelievable taste and texture and all went beautifully together. Such creative, thoughtfully crafted dishes. I was told majority of people went back for seconds and thirds.
You can probably tell from this post how much I love food... I am very particular and my mother is too. The two of us ate at the Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture (the culinary "mecca" some would say) two months later, along with some other friends of mine who were at my wedding, and we all agreed the Farmer and Chef blew them out of the water. I cannot emphasize enough the quality of this food. You can taste the love that goes into it. Tiffany and Joey are a dream team and I could not imagine having worked with anyone else on my special day.
