The Farm at Piper Hill is a beautiful farm venue located in Silk Hope, North Carolina. Situated on 100 acres of land, it offers an idyllic hideaway from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Nestled among natural beauty, it offers a splendid retreat with views of scenic landscapes, including a breathtaking pond. Ideal for hosting wedding celebrations, it is sure to appeal to a whole host of diverse couples.
Facilities and Capacity
The eye-catching rustic barn is one of many amazing features at The Farm at Piper Hill. It offers 2,200 square feet of space, ideal for those with lengthy guest lists. In here, couples and guests can gather together to mix and mingle as everyone creates new memories sure to live long in the memory. What's more, the barn can have a tent attached to it, ideal for those who want to have more space at the venue. This would suit those who perhaps want to add an extra dimension to their big day. A tent also provides more sheltered space while also bringing the outdoors in. Courtesy of the amazing surroundings, it's easy to imagine couples and guests enjoying photo opportunities around the property. The many amazing views mean that there are numerous beautiful backdrops throughout. There are several locations where a tent may be set up with wonderful views.

Team
Lynn was born in Toledo, OH, and then moved to Florida when she was 17. She came to NC in 2000, and this has been home ever since. Lynn spent the start of her career in the corporate world working for Bellsouth Mobility and Sony Ericsson managing all corporate events. She then took her event planning experience and started a very successful wedding planning business with her daughter. After 10 years, they really began to miss their weekends and closed their business down after successfully planning close to 500 weddings. She's now the Event Coordinator here at the farm planning all events!
Dr. Amanda Mckee and David Schwartz. Their love for the outdoors, animals and children, put them on a path of destiny to begin several programs that allow kids to learn about animals and nature in a fun and hands on environment encompassing fun and lots of fresh air.
Amanda born in Alamance Co. is a graduate of NCSU College of Veterinary Medicine. After many years in practice she now shares her passion, educating children with the Junior Vet Academy. Having grown up in the area she has seen a dramatic loss of small farms. She and David are committed to saving them for the next generation.
Together they share 7 children and two grand children. The Camp at Piper Hill has been the culmination of several years of planning and perfecting the Farm Camp at the 1870 Farm in Chapel Hill, where over 4300 campers have attended since its inception in 2016.
Gary Nardilla and his wife Joyce of 35 years are animal lovers and naturalists. When their children were young, Gary and Joyce owned a large piece of land in rural Vermont where they spent many weekends and holidays. Their transition to farm-life in North Carolina has felt easy and natural. Joyce has worked in Early Education and Special education and most recently worked for the #1 school district in the country. Her love of children, watching them grow and learn, makes her especially excited to be part of the educational team. Gary has spent the better part of three decades traveling the world as a Television Director and Director of Photography with many renowned and influential figures. He has a keen eye for perfection and has visited extraordinary locations which he looks forward to sharing with the development of Piper Hill Farm.
