Although this venue is on the affordable side like the old saying goes, you always get what you pay for. May 2026 I was helping with a wedding at this venue in two days before the ceremony after checking in to be sure everything was in ordered. I discovered the ceremony site was covered with weeds. bushes were overgrown pathways that are represented as clear and covered with stone were filled with weeds. There were several dead trees and bushes. I contacted the third-party property manager and made them aware that the property was not ready for a wedding ceremony to be held the following Saturday. They did get the landscaping to look acceptable but nowhere near what it looks like in the represented pictures the day of the ceremony there were no working restrooms for the pump had failed so we had no running water and no restroom facilities until between and noon 1 o’clock. This venue is currently listed on the market and must have been when we signed the contract to rent from Friday through Sunday. Friday evening at the rehearsal and dinner there was a realtor and a potential buyer walking through the property like we weren’t even there it was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. This venue used to be owned and operated with pride, professionalism, and integrity as you can see from the pictures, it was in pristine condition to place any bride would want to hold their wedding. Currently, I would not recommend renting this facility before taking a look around.
