Being a bride is probably one of the most stressful things I’ve ever taken on. Pam and Sydney were absolute life savers in their planning support. They were incredibly responsive and flexible with questions I had and ideas I wanted to try to incorporate. Day before and day of the two of them and Doug were unbelievable with making sure any request we had or details we wanted was remembered. Every. Single. Guest came up to me the day of and praised how gorgeous the venue was and how incredibly kind and available the owners were. Literally have no complaints.

Willow acres was a dream come true. The willow trees, flowers, string lights make it feel right out of a fairytale. When my husband and I came to tour the venue, we knew within stepping out of the car that this would be the perfect place for our wedding. Not only is the place magical, but so are the staff. They are so warm, kind, professional. They made a stressful event feel peaceful and manageable. They treated us like family, and It felt like I was planning a wedding with people I knew for years rather than someone I just met. They go above and beyond and I truly couldn’t thank them all enough for making our day beyond what I had imagined. We are so grateful for everyone at Willow acres, especially Pam and Sydney. This venue was nothing short of amazing. I was unable to tour the property. So not only did Pam make sure that my mother toured, but then toured myself via phone. Any questions were answered by staff SO promptly. The staff the day of were also EXTREMELY friendly and kind. They were so helpful in ways I hadn’t even thought of. The venue was even more BEAUTIFUL in person. I got so many compliments on how lovely it was. The owners are just the most lovely and friendly people! Willow Acres is wonderful in every way, and I highly recommend them!

I absolutely love working at Willow Acres! This stunning venue is a dream for wedding photography and videography. The beautiful willow trees create such a magical backdrop for couples, and there are endless photo and video opportunities throughout the property. The owners are truly wonderful to work with – they’re kind, professional, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Every time I’m at Willow Acres, I know it’s going to be an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. Highly recommend for any couple looking for a breathtaking venue!

The venue is amazing in the planning phase, the day of and cleaning up! The venue is amazing, the tent is great for shade, the green spaces around the venue great for dancing or yard games, and the bonfire was perfect for s'mores! The team is great to work with in the lead up, great communication, helpful in planning the set up and always willing to answer questions! The day of the wedding the venue was perfect, the team did a great job of setting up the chairs for the ceremony, the tables for the reception, keeping the bathrooms stocked, the bartender was great, and making sure everything was perfect! I would highly recommend this venue!

Pam was awesome when it came to setting everything up with her team. Her staff was great and her venue was the right choice for our wedding!

We got married at Willow Acres on May 25, 2025. From start to finish, the entire process with the Willow Acres team has been exceptional. They are extremely welcoming, flexible, and professional. They will truly go the extra mile to make sure your day is exactly what you envision. I was definitely a type A bride. I can't tell you how many times Pam accommodated me and my husband whenever we wanted to stop by the venue to show it to family and friends or to test out our decor.

On the morning of our wedding, we arrived and the tables were set exactly as laid out on the diagram (literally down to the specific measurements we requested). This was just the start of the seamless experience the Willow Acres team provided. They lit our candles before cocktail hour, their team bussed our tables during dinner (they were so sneaky I didn't even see them!), they brought out blankets and heaters on a whim when the temperature started to dip, and the list goes on. You can tell Pam, Doug, and Sydney care deeply about every single couple who gets married at their property.

Just in the year leading up to our wedding, Pam and Doug made multiple updates to the venue: new bar, new ceremony aisle doors, new fence, increased seating at the fire pits, more string lights including some over the ceremony space, etc. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect space for our day. The venue is SO versatile. If guests weren't up to dancing, they have so many other options: hanging out in the tent, sitting around the firepits, or playing yard games in the green spaces. We were shocked that over half our guests stayed until the very end. I think it's because they had options to celebrate with us doing whatever made them the most comfortable!

I'm sad our wedding is over because now we won't have as many excuses to come back to this beautiful venue. I can't imagine having had our wedding anywhere else. It was genuinely the perfect day in the perfect place.

My husband, Casey, and I got married here on June 1st, 2024! I simply cannot recommend this venue enough. The pictures do not do it justice - it is so stunning. We were looking for somewhere that felt natural and comfortable and this was the absolute perfect place. The staff, venue, planning, (even unexpected planning like the fact it poured rain most of the day) were all amazing. It felt like a home away from home which was super important to me.

We had many guests tell us they were blown away by the whole day and how beautiful, cozy, and fun everything was with some of them requesting we do it all again! 😂

Anyway, don’t hesitate to go see it for yourself. You will feel welcomed immediately. ❤️

I can't recommend Willow Acres enough. In every possible way they made the experience perfect.
My fiance and I had a 2 year engagement, I asked a Facebook group for venue recommendations that had an enchanted feel, with outdoor accommodation, no barn, and most importantly, kind owners.
I got multiple recommendations for Willow Acres and they were the first, and only, venue we went to.
When we saw it, even iced over and with multiple new projects in progress, I knew it was perfect. But meeting Pam is what made us say yes. She was so kind and wonderful and continued to be during our long engagement. She and her family were so supportive of my vision and became a part of our family too. I was excited to see them on our special day.
The venue just gets more and more beautiful. It's intimate and cozy. I'm obsessed with the flowers, the trees, the lights, it's got so many great photo opportunities.
I can't sing their praise enough! I only wish I could relive our wedding day again.

When my fiancé and I went to start scheduling appointments to tour venues for our wedding celebration, it was daunting. Even though we were pretty sure we knew what we wanted our "day" to look like, the mocked-up perfect photos on venue websites across the Indianapolis area even made us start to question our initial ideas.

Willow Acres was our first venue tour, and Pam's approach to introducing us to her family's dream was delivered with passion and dedication. It was evident all of the attention to detail and precision that has gone into making Willow Acres a dream venue for couples. Even when we mentioned a few of our not-so-typical ideas for our wedding, Pam never missed a beat, and she immediately had suggestions on how we could execute our ideas.

Not once did we ever feel like this was about a business transaction for Pam or her family--very unlike some of the other venues we toured. After seeing some other locations, both of us knew we wanted to go back to Willow Acres. Our big day is in October 2025, and we are looking forward to planning our special event with Willow Acres!
