Being a bride is probably one of the most stressful things I’ve ever taken on. Pam and Sydney were absolute life savers in their planning support. They were incredibly responsive and flexible with questions I had and ideas I wanted to try to incorporate. Day before and day of the two of them and Doug were unbelievable with making sure any request we had or details we wanted was remembered. Every. Single. Guest came up to me the day of and praised how gorgeous the venue was and how incredibly kind and available the owners were. Literally have no complaints. -

This venue was nothing short of amazing. I was unable to tour the property. So not only did Pam make sure that my mother toured, but then toured myself via phone. Any questions were answered by staff SO promptly. The staff the day of were also EXTREMELY friendly and kind. They were so helpful in ways I hadn’t even thought of. The venue was even more BEAUTIFUL in person. I got so many compliments on how lovely it was. The owners are just the most lovely and friendly people! Willow Acres is wonderful in every way, and I highly recommend them! -

I absolutely love working at Willow Acres! This stunning venue is a dream for wedding photography and videography. The beautiful willow trees create such a magical backdrop for couples, and there are endless photo and video opportunities throughout the property. The owners are truly wonderful to work with – they’re kind, professional, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Every time I’m at Willow Acres, I know it’s going to be an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. Highly recommend for any couple looking for a breathtaking venue!

Amazing venue
The venue is amazing in the planning phase, the day of and cleaning up! The venue is amazing, the tent is great for shade, the green spaces around the venue great for dancing or yard games, and the bonfire was perfect for s'mores! The team is great to work with in the lead up, great communication, helpful in planning the set up and always willing to answer questions! The day of the wedding the venue was perfect, the team did a great job of setting up the chairs for the ceremony, the tables for the reception, keeping the bathrooms stocked, the bartender was great, and making sure everything was perfect! I would highly recommend this venue! -

We got married at Willow Acres on May 25, 2025. From start to finish, the entire process with the Willow Acres team has been exceptional. They are extremely welcoming, flexible, and professional. They will truly go the extra mile to make sure your day is exactly what you envision. I was definitely a type A bride. I can't tell you how many times Pam accommodated me and my husband whenever we wanted to stop by the venue to show it to family and friends or to test out our decor.
On the morning of our wedding, we arrived and the tables were set exactly as laid out on the diagram (literally down to the specific measurements we requested). This was just the start of the seamless experience the Willow Acres team provided. They lit our candles before cocktail hour, their team bussed our tables during dinner (they were so sneaky I didn't even see them!), they brought out blankets and heaters on a whim when the temperature started to dip, and the list goes on. You can tell Pam, Doug, and Sydney care deeply about every single couple who gets married at their property.
Just in the year leading up to our wedding, Pam and Doug made multiple updates to the venue: new bar, new ceremony aisle doors, new fence, increased seating at the fire pits, more string lights including some over the ceremony space, etc. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect space for our day. The venue is SO versatile. If guests weren't up to dancing, they have so many other options: hanging out in the tent, sitting around the firepits, or playing yard games in the green spaces. We were shocked that over half our guests stayed until the very end. I think it's because they had options to celebrate with us doing whatever made them the most comfortable!
I'm sad our wedding is over because now we won't have as many excuses to come back to this beautiful venue. I can't imagine having had our wedding anywhere else. It was genuinely the perfect day in the perfect place.

Literal Perfection
My husband, Casey, and I got married here on June 1st, 2024! I simply cannot recommend this venue enough. The pictures do not do it justice - it is so stunning. We were looking for somewhere that felt natural and comfortable and this was the absolute perfect place. The staff, venue, planning, (even unexpected planning like the fact it poured rain most of the day) were all amazing. It felt like a home away from home which was super important to me.
We had many guests tell us they were blown away by the whole day and how beautiful, cozy, and fun everything was with some of them requesting we do it all again! 😂
Anyway, don’t hesitate to go see it for yourself. You will feel welcomed immediately. ❤️ -

I can't recommend Willow Acres enough. In every possible way they made the experience perfect.
My fiance and I had a 2 year engagement, I asked a Facebook group for venue recommendations that had an enchanted feel, with outdoor accommodation, no barn, and most importantly, kind owners.
I got multiple recommendations for Willow Acres and they were the first, and only, venue we went to.
When we saw it, even iced over and with multiple new projects in progress, I knew it was perfect. But meeting Pam is what made us say yes. She was so kind and wonderful and continued to be during our long engagement. She and her family were so supportive of my vision and became a part of our family too. I was excited to see them on our special day.
The venue just gets more and more beautiful. It's intimate and cozy. I'm obsessed with the flowers, the trees, the lights, it's got so many great photo opportunities.
I can't sing their praise enough! I only wish I could relive our wedding day again.

When my fiancé and I went to start scheduling appointments to tour venues for our wedding celebration, it was daunting. Even though we were pretty sure we knew what we wanted our "day" to look like, the mocked-up perfect photos on venue websites across the Indianapolis area even made us start to question our initial ideas.
Willow Acres was our first venue tour, and Pam's approach to introducing us to her family's dream was delivered with passion and dedication. It was evident all of the attention to detail and precision that has gone into making Willow Acres a dream venue for couples. Even when we mentioned a few of our not-so-typical ideas for our wedding, Pam never missed a beat, and she immediately had suggestions on how we could execute our ideas.
Not once did we ever feel like this was about a business transaction for Pam or her family--very unlike some of the other venues we toured. After seeing some other locations, both of us knew we wanted to go back to Willow Acres. Our big day is in October 2025, and we are looking forward to planning our special event with Willow Acres! -

My fiancé and I are getting married in May 2025 at Willow Acres, and so far our experience has been better than we could have dreamed. Not only is the property gorgeous, Pam and Doug are constantly looking for areas to upgrade. They’ve completely redone the bar, ceremony entrance doors, and added seating to the fireplaces since we originally booked. They’ve been so flexible about letting us come to the property to see our decor in the space and if we bring family or friends with us, Pam always goes out of her way to take them on a tour. We are so excited to have our wedding at Willow Acres because they truly care about us. You will not regret booking here! -

First of all love the owners, Pam was/is so helpful. I had never been to a wedding so she was giving me great ideas and tips and answering all the many questions I had which is one of the several reasons we chose Willow Acres. Second, it is the perfect outdoor/backyard wedding that I wanted. The care they take of the property is extremely noticeable making it such a beautiful place to spend one of the best nights of my life. Third, the owners make everything so easy. They gave me a packet of any question I might have and if it’s not in the packet Pam is just a text away and answers very quickly. Fairy Tale Wedding!!!
Our wedding at this venue was truly a dream come true. From the moment we visited, we knew it was the perfect place for us. We barely made it out of the driveway before calling Pam back and telling her we wanted to book. The twinkle lights, stunning landscaping, and the genuine warmth of the owners—Pam, Doug, and Sydney—create an incredibly magical atmosphere. Every detail of the venue is thoughtfully designed to make your special day unforgettable. The entire staff goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. They are incredibly easy to work with and treat you like family, always putting your needs first. The flexibility to bring your own vendors was a huge plus for us, and it made the planning process even more seamless. I would give Willow Acres 5 stars over and over again. The second my fiance and I met the owners and stepped foot on their beautiful property, we knew we couldn't envision ourselves getting married anywhere else. Absolutely perfect
We absolutely LOVED having our wedding here. The venue staff/owners are truly amazing and took so much time to understand our vision and needs and make everything come together so perfectly! Pam is amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel so loved and important throughout the entire planning process. It poured our entire wedding day up until the ceremony starting and the venue staff was amazing with getting things dried up and providing umbrellas for us and our wedding party. We hosted our daughter’s wedding at this venue and it was everything we hoped for. On the important factors of (1) suitability and beauty of the venue; (2) customer service and professionalism; and (3) value for the money, Willow Acres gets 5 stars! The garden vibe, spaciousness of gathering area, fire pits and outdoor dance floor surrounded by pub tables were the perfect back drop for a summer garden wedding. We first visited Willow Acres in late fall and it was difficult to visualize how the landscaping would look in summer so we relied on photos from previous weddings and were not disappointed. The pics from the day are stunning with the afternoon light through mature willow trees. Doug, Pam and Sydney are easy to work with, clear communicators and experienced in the wedding business, offering many helpful hints along the way. Their vendor list is a good starting point for planning. Finally, the value for the money and the ability to purchase serve food and beverages at whatever price point you want is super helpful to remain on budget. -

Willow Acres was the first venue we toured, and we fell in love instantly. Even on the dreariest winter day, the property lit up with magic – not only because of the abundance of beautiful string lights, but because of Pam’s obvious passion. From start to finish, our wedding was absolutely perfect and it is much due to the dedicated and passionate staff at Willow Acres. It is very clear how much Pam, Sydney, Doug, and their staff care about each couple and how much time and care they put into the property. The venue itself is breathtaking. The entire night was absolutely flawless, and I cannot express in words how truly remarkable both the venue and their team are. Beautiful Venue, Amazing People, and a Perfect Day!!!
Willow Acres is a beautiful venue! We have only good things to say about our experience at Willow Acres. I first found out about Willow Acres when I was searching for an internship when I was attending college. I reached out to them, fell in love with the place but especially the Frank family. I have been working with them ever since! When I meet my husband and we started talking marriage, Willow Acres, of course, was our first option! We booked with them even before we were engaged!
The morning of our wedding we spent getting ready in the cute cabins on the venue. The bridal suite was perfect for me and my girls, with its elaborate chandelier, spaces makeup table, many mirrors, and useful baskets. The guys enjoyed the comfy Groom suit. My husband brought video games and they enjoyed their morning played those on the tv in the cabin.
The Flower beds and landscaping at the Venue are beautiful! I love nature and the outdoors! We had a beautiful Wedding day among the trees and roses. Many of our guests commented on the beauty of the venue. I was talking with a family member recently and she was talking about the uniqueness and atmosphere of the venue. Doug and Pam have build and created so many aspects of the venue from scratch giving it a distinct feel.
My favorite part of the venue is Doug and Pam, the Frank family and all their wonderful staff! They went above and beyond to make our big day truly special! Doug and Pam genuinely care for each person they meet and that shows. Anyone that spends time with them knows what I mean when I say they are like family. -

Willow Acres helped me and my husband get everything we ever wanted! They were incredible at working with the budget we had and made the whole process feel so personal. By the end of the wedding the staff felt like family! The bridal suite and groom room were wonderful in the morning and the space was perfect for our guests and party! The string lights at night were gorgeous and the atmosphere was so warm and magical. The staff were incredibly accommodating too. Every blind spot that my family had for the day Pam and her family/staff made sure to cover and fill in. All around a gorgeous, clean, private bubble for your dream day! Tons of options for pictures and so much choice when it came to setting up the area in way that fit the picture you have in your head. They are so accommodating not just to the couple and their families but to every guest. Golf cart rides, fan rentals and more. There is only incredible things that I could say. -

My (now) husband and I had scheduled three tours in one day to knock out the venue portion of our wedding planning journey. It was not long before we whispered to each other, "You want to cancel the other two? I think this is it." All it took was a tour of the Willow Acres facility and a few answers to my bride-centric questions, and we were sold.
The Willow Acres team does a great job of being transparent from the beginning. From their price breakdown to the photo-logged inventory on their website, the venue truly has thought of everything. Pam (Frank) is very upfront and honest with her couples about what Willow Acres can and cannot do to make their best day (ever) come to life. Even before you sign a contract and put down a deposit, the staff are responsive at answering all of your questions and getting you scheduled for a tour at your convenience.
Once you and your partner sign on the dotted lines, you are (basically) adopted into the family. As business owners, the Franks are very busy, yet somehow, they make the time to answer every question a bride or groom can think of. Even if it requires some digging to get an accurate answer, they will let you know they are working on it. At a loss on who to hire as (insert vendor type here)? Pam and Doug prioritize keeping a list of vendors to refer to their couples and add new vendors each time they receive a good review from one of their couples.
The day of the wedding was no different. The Willow Acres team went above and beyond and made our day SO special. We had a member of their team making sure the venue grounds were spick and span throughout the day and remained on standby in case of emergencies. We are almost three months post-wedding and have stayed in contact with Willow Acres. It is a venue we recommend to anyone looking to have the most magical day of their life.Willow Acres's reply:

I could not have asked for a better place to get married than Willow Acres! The pictures online drew me in to check this venue out and after meeting with Pam (owner), I was confident in booking with them. Pam and Doug made us feel like family from the start and truly care about making sure your wedding day is perfect. They are very responsive and professional. Being allowed to bring in your own vendors is a big plus! They are dog friendly also :)

We can’t wait to exchange our vows here next June. Willow Acres is a fresh new venue that takes customer service above and beyond! It is a wonderfully lit wooded paradise with greenery and flowers galore. The owners Pam and Doug are always looking for new ways to make your wedding day special. They are extremely helpful and have thought of all the little things that help make your day memorable . When my fiancé and I decided, due to covid, that we wanted a fully outdoor wedding venue, we didn’t realize how hard it would be to find one we loved and in our budget. Not only is it affordable, did I mention you can use ALL of your own vendors!!! but the open air reception tent is beautifully decorated with lights, rustic tables and chandeliers- much nicer than many indoor event spaces we’ve seen. The property has all the modern amenities every bride and groom expects. Trust me- if you choose Willow Acres, you won’t regret it! -

One word - Magical
I cannot sing enough praise for this venue. We got married on July 3, 2021 and it was the most special day of our lives. Their space is already so beautiful, but Pam & Doug just go absolutely above and beyond day-of. There is so much natural beauty, and Doug hand built every table, every fence, and even the pergola you get married on. The attention to detail is incredible. The created a 'wedding wall" where each couple who marries there gets a special, handmade plaque. this was such a hit with our guests and it made us feel so connected to the space. Pam & Doug have great relationships with other local vendors, and I would HIGHLY suggest taking their recommendations. Having Traci from Lovelight Events and Hannah from Blooms & Buttercreams are just 2 examples of vendors suggested to me by Pam that made the event run so incredibly smoothly. Pam already knew everyone and they had strong working relationships. If you are looking for a venue that can support your ceremony AND reception, needs little decoration to be stunning, zero communication stress, and an instantly warm, loving atmosphere, you have to choose Willow Acres.Willow Acres's reply:

My fiancé and I just recently chose the Wild Acres venue for July 1st, 2022! We're originally from the Indianapolis area but felt like most of the venues were too expensive for what they were offering. I came across this venue on Instagram and was able to quickly get in for a tour. Before we even truly began our tour my fiancé and I snuck in an eager "we should get married here" to each other. Right off the bat, the venue has a romantic charisma to it which gets even stronger when you hear about the venues origin and building process. The venue was originally created for their daughter's wedding and they built nearly everything themselves, with the wood that they again, cut themselves. It truly is a gorgeous venue that is so very affordable especially without the restrictions of required vendors. Pam has been so helpful on guiding us through the process of bringing in our own food and alcohol/beverages. While this venue is very new to the wedding world, she has given such great insight on wedding planning from her daughter's wedding and even shares what she sees at other weddings hosted at their venue. With the intimacy, the beautiful willows, being surrounded by nature, and the joy that this venue cultivates, I don't think there could have been a better wedding venue for us! We are so excited! -

Willow Acres is the most beautiful venue I have seen! My fiancé and I have been engaged since dec 2018, and I hadn’t found the “right” venue so I kept putting off everything. We actually met Pam and Doug because we bought a microwave from from and when we pulled in their property, it was breathtaking, even in the winter time! There was still snow on the ground but we instantly said”wow, this would be a great place to get married”. When we told them we were engaged and loved the way their property looked, they instantly gave us a tour around, and it gets more and more beautiful every time we go. They have put so much work into making their venue extraordinary, and it’s exactly that. We are having a small wedding in October, and they have went above and beyond to meet every need and want we could possibly think of. Pam has helped me so much with vendors and figuring out a timeline. They are fantastic people with the most beautiful venue I have ever seen.Willow Acres's reply:

I would like to begin my review by saying that I went to a wedding at this venue October 2019. The entire experience was beautiful start to finish. The bride had the hand made rustic wood tables set up around the dance floor. The venues layout allowed for every single guest to see the dance floor and the bridal party at any moment. Lights are strung throughout the venue and above the dance floor giving it a whimsical feel. The reception area is tucked away with trees everywhere giving it an extremely intimate feel. The dance floor was the perfect size for the 150-180 guests in attendance. From the hanging chandeliers, handmade tables, perfect table layout, and beautiful couple...this was by far the best wedding/venue I had ever attended.
With that said, I’m lucky enough to have booked my wedding July 2020 at this venue! I cannot wait to have such a beautiful, rustic, and unique wedding venue. The staff is incredible and got back to me within 24 hours of asking if they were available/pricing for my date. Shortly after that my fiancé and I had a sit down meeting with the venue owners. Not only did they answer every question I had clearly and entirely, but they asked me questions I had never even thought of! From the floral arrangements to the floor layout, they are ready to help you make your wedding 100% unique and more than you could’ve imagined. We left our first meeting having way more planned than expected with questions to take to our caterer, DJ, and wedding photographer. They were extremely organized and made my future wedding planning feel like a breeze. They have so many options for floor layouts, decorations, and the timing of your night. If you’re looking For a venue that wants to make your day perfect, look no further! I can not wait for my big day. -

The most incredible venue, with the most incredible staff
Wllow acres was a dream venue for my husband and I. The grounds are so gorgeous and the pagoda, florals, lights, and ambiance of Willow acres is all so perfect. They help you figure out all the details with set up of the tent as well and have amazing options for decorating. And I cannot say enough about the owners, Pam and Frank. They truly treat you like family and do everything to make sure your day goes perfectly. For example, at my wedding our coordinator forgot to put out bread and wine for communion and Pam brought us out a loaf of bread from her OWN kitchen!!
