I first interacted with them when we went to search for our wedding bands. They had a wonderful selection and were able to find options that my husband and I both loved. My band was a part of a stacked trio and they were able to accommodate me to just provide the one band I fell in love with so quickly! They also sized my engagement ring and my grandmother's engagement ring she gave to me very quickly and they both look great.
