I can't believe the other review I read about the depot! I had a wonderful experience. The manager, Phoebe, was a pleasure to work with and extremely accommodating. Our wedding went beyond smoothly and I would recommend this location in an instant. In fact, I already have.

The Depot itself is gorgeous and was a perfect setting for my wedding! The only reason I took off stars is because of the staff and the customer service that we received. The lady over the depot does not know what she is doing and it is like working with a child. And the lady that was there for set up and the day of was rude and very short with us when we asked her to do something. The venue is 5 star, but the people are 1 star. Come on Carrollton, you can do better than that.

We had a deposit on the place and were told all October 2015 dates were open. Then we get a phone call that all dates were booked. The receptionist was extremely rude and was not willing to accommodate. I went to pick up the check and was told "Here." and handed the check. Would not recommend venue to anyone.

This is a beautiful location, but we were highly disappointed when we tried to book The Depot for our wedding reception. I would email one person, then get a response from a different person without communication between any of them. No one ever knew what was going on and it seemed as if they were all booking events on three different calendars. One person would tell me a date was available, I'd fill out the application and have my fiance ready to go take them money and then a different person would email me and tell me they had booked our date. I was PROMISED different dates, and then someone else would book it. They were completely unprofessional, even going as far as calling me and telling me a date opened b/c a bride had to move her wedding because she was pregnant. I was completely shocked they would go as far as to tell me someone's personal information! We were so frustrated and disappointed that we finally decided to go elsewhere because we didn't feel like we could trust anyone at this business. Save yourself some time and sanity and go elsewhere!
