Facilities and Capacity

Built in the late 1870s, The Cowan Historic Mill is one of the community’s oldest commercial buildings. This historic landmark has been repurposed and enhanced with milestone celebrations in mind. Featuring a new two-story patio space with a multi-level fireplace, the sky is the limit when it comes to planning an iconic ceremony and wedding reception. The mill offers a wonderful combination of refined sensibility and gritty style with a beautiful three-tiered chandelier set against exposed beams and brick details. Inside and out, the venue can comfortably accommodate as many as 200 guests with options for a cocktail reception and a dancefloor on the downstairs patio. Beneath the chandelier up to 100 guests can enjoy a signature drink at the custom bar or celebrate a toast to the happy couple. A large catering kitchen is available onsite as well as a host of table options including Hi-boys for cocktail hour. To-be-weds will have exclusive use of the venue’s large Master Suite and Loft Lounge during set up hours.
