Bailey and her team at Depot and The Top were awesome! We had a great time having a small post-wedding celebration with them- it's a beautiful space, they are really flexible and easy to work with, and you can customize it in so many unique ways. All of our family's little kids loved being able to run and play in the park nearby, and it's a convenient location that's easy to get to. We had a blast!

The Depot Event space is such a great location for any event. I personally had a combined wedding and reception there, and we had a wonderful experience. Charming and unique location with great photo opportunities. Responsive and accommodating staff, excellent food, and a price that can't be beat. Would recommend to anyone!

Bailey Bruce made our wedding possible. She is so patient and understanding due to her countless experiences coordinating so many events. She helped work with our budget not just on the venue, but the catering, beverages and even helped us find a cake! When you plan an event with Bailey, you are working with a person that wants your event to happen the way you envision it. She is excited for you and passionate about what she does. One thing that I appreciated most was that I was able to get a hold of her when I needed her. Our day was beautiful, affordable, and all of the magic of getting married carried minimal stress because Bailey was our event coordinator.

Such a charmingly unique venue for Gainesville, with the most friendly and professional event staff! I have had the pleasure of doing several floral installations for weddings and special events in this space and it is always such a pleasure working with Bailey and her incredible team. I know that everything will be handled and look beautiful when working with this venue!

We worked with Bailey Bruce to plan the dinner and reception for our wedding and couldn't have been happier. The Depot Park space caught my eye since the city developed it into a park and, while the Depot Building is still a relatively new event space, Bailey worked tirelessly to explore all our options for what was, admittedly, a rather large group for that space (~125 people).

Bailey was ultra responsive to all our emails and phone calls, which was incredibly helpful as we were planning this from across the country on the west coast. There was never a time we didn't feel that Bailey was always looking out for us and working in our best interests, and she would always come up with clever solutions to work around potential problems.

In addition to securing the venue with Bailey, we also ordered all of our catering and a portion of our event rentals with her. Living on the west coast, we wanted to represent our friends and family from this side of the country, so Bailey worked with her alcohol distributor to secure a couple cases of Washington wines, how great! The food was all really wonderful and, of course, Bailey and her catering team were flexible with any requests we had. The catering team didn't initially have kegged beer listed on their menu, but I asked and Bailey again worked with her contacts to figure out all our options and pricing so we could save a little money by buying in bulk.

If you're even remotely considering The Depot Building or The Wooly (above The Top restaurant) for your wedding or event, I'd HIGHLY recommend Bailey and her team as they will go above and beyond to ensure you get exactly what you want, and at very affordable prices!

The one HUGE regret from this whole process is that my wife and I didn't plan for MORE time at the reception. We wanted the party to keep going all night long!
